Abstract

Se preparan comprimidos farmacéuticos en los que el Famciclovir es el ingrediente activo y en los que el porcentaje en peso de famciclovir en elcomprimido es del 85% o mayor. El Famciclovir es un compuesto de fórmula (Ver en fórmula I)denomi nado 2-(2-(2-amino-9H-purin-9-il)dietil) 1,3-propanodioldiacetato, de aplicación para el tratamiento de infecciones virales, especialmente las provocadas por el virus del Herpes.
