Abstract

Описываются замещенные арилтиомочевины формулы I и фармацевтически приемлемые соли таких соединений, применимые в качестве противовирусных средств. Некоторые замещенные арилтиомочевины, раскрытые в данном описании, являются сильными и/или селективными ингибиторами репликации вирусов, в частности репликации вируса гепатита С. Также описываются фармацевтические композиции, содержащие одну или несколько замещенных арилтиомочевин и один или несколько фармацевтически приемлемых носителей, эксципиентов или разбавителей. Такие фармацевтические композиции могут содержать замещенную арилтиомочевину как единственное активное вещество или могут содержать сочетание замещенного производного арилтиомочевины и одного или нескольких других фармацевтически активных веществ. Также описываются способы лечения заражений вирусом гепатита С у млекопитающих.
