Claims (47)
1. Химически модифицированное крафт-волокно, включающее каталитически окисленную и обработанную карбоксилирующей кислотой целлюлозу и имеющее содержание карбоксильных групп более чем около 6 мэкв/100 г, содержание альдегидных групп менее 1 мэкв/100 г и вязкость менее 5,5 мПа∙с.
2. Волокно по п. 1, в котором содержание карбоксильных групп составляет по меньшей мере около 7 мэкв/100 г.
3. Волокно по п. 1, в котором яркость по ISO составляет от около 85 до около 92, или от около 87 до около 91, или более чем около 91,5.
4. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее степень полимеризации от около 350 до около 1860.
5. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее содержание альдегидных групп от 0,3 мэкв/100 г до около 1,0 мэкв/100 г.
6. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее содержание карбонильных групп от около 1,5 мэкв/100 г до около 5,0 мэкв/100 г.
7. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее вязкость от около 3 мПа∙с до около 5,5 мПа∙с.
8. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее медное число менее чем около 3.
9. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее растворимость S10 в щелочи от около 14% до около 30%.
10. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее растворимость S18 в щелочи менее чем около 16%.
11. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее значение R10 по меньшей мере от около 72%.
12. Волокно по п. 1, имеющее значение R18 по меньшей мере от около 79% до около 88%.
13. Волокно по п. 1, где волокно представляет собой волокно мягкой древесины и имеет содержание гемицеллюлозы от около 12% до около 17%.
14. Волокно по п. 1, где волокно представляет собой волокно мягкой древесины и имеет длину волокон по меньшей мере около 2 мм.
15. Волокно по п. 1, где волокно проявляет антимикробные и/или антибактериальные свойства.
16. Волокно по п. 1, где волокно содержится внутри абсорбентного изделия, дополнительно включающего по меньшей мере один суперабсорбентный полимер.
17. Способ получения модифицированного, подвергнутого кислотной обработке крафт-волокна, включающий стадии, на которых
подвергают целлюлозное волокно обработке стадией сульфатной варки;
проводят кислородную делигнификацию целлюлозного волокна;
отбеливают целлюлозное волокно с использованием многостадийного процесса отбеливания;
окисляют целлюлозное волокно пероксидом и катализатором в кислотных условиях; и
обрабатывают волокно карбоксилирующей кислотой.
18. Способ по п. 17, в котором перманганатное число волокна после сульфатной варки и кислородной делигнификации составляет от около 13 до около 21, или от около 5 до около 8.
19. Способ по п. 17, в котором катализатор выбирают по меньшей мере из одного из меди и железа.
20. Способ по п. 17, в котором пероксид представляет собой пероксид водорода.
21. Способ по п. 17, в котором значение рН при окислении составляет от около 2 до около 6.
22. Способ по п. 17, в котором железный катализатор выбирают по меньшей мере из одного соединения из сульфата железа (II), хлорида железа (II), сульфат-аммония железа (II), хлорида железа (III), сульфат-аммония железа (III), или цитрат-аммония железа (III).
23. Способ по п. 17, в котором железный катализатор добавляют в количестве от около 25 до около 150 млн.д. железа в расчете на сухой вес крафт-волокна.
24. Способ по п. 17, в котором многостадийный процесс отбеливания представляет собой пятистадийный процесс отбеливания.
25. Способ по п. 17, в котором многостадийный процесс отбеливания представляет собой пятистадийный процесс
отбеливания, включающий последовательность, выбранную из D0(OX)D1(OX)(С/А), D0(OX)(C/A)E2D2, D0(OX)(C/A)(E/P)D2, D0(OX)(C/A)(OX)D2, D0E1D1(OX)(C/A), D0(EoP)D1(OX)(C/A), D0(OX)(C/A)(OX)(C/A), где «С/А» означает обработку карбоксилирующей кислотой, и «ОХ» означает каталитическое окисление.
26. Способ по п. 17, в котором многостадийный процесс отбеливания представляет собой пятистадийный процесс отбеливания, включающий последовательность D0(OX)(C/A)(OX)(C/A).
27. Способ по п. 17, в котором многостадийный процесс отбеливания представляет собой пятистадийный процесс отбеливания, включающий последовательность D0(EoP)D1(OX)(C/A).
28. Способ по п. 17, в котором многостадийный процесс отбеливания представляет собой пятистадийный процесс отбеливания, включающий последовательность D0(OX)(C/A)(OX)D2.
29. Способ по п. 17, в котором окисление проводят в одной или более стадиях многостадийного процесса отбеливания.
30. Способ по п. 17, в котором окисление проводят во 2-й стадии отбеливания.
31. Способ по п. 17, в котором окисление проводят в 4-й стадии отбеливания.
32. Способ по п. 17, в котором обработку карбоксилирующей кислотой проводят в одной или более стадиях многостадийного цикла отбеливания.
33. Способ по п. 17, в котором обработку карбоксилирующей кислотой проводят в 3-ей и/или 5-й стадии многостадийного цикла отбеливания.
34. Способ по п. 17, в котором обработку карбоксилирующей кислотой проводят в одной или более дополнительных стадиях после многостадийного цикла отбеливания.
35. Способ по п. 17, в котором карбоксилирующая кислота представляет собой хлористую кислоту, и хлористая кислота получена из хлорита натрия.
36. Способ по п. 17, в котором карбоксилирующая кислота представляет собой хлористую кислоту, и хлористая кислота получена из диоксида хлора.
37. Способ по п. 17, дополнительно включающий обработку волокна поверхностно-активным агентом после обработки карбоксилирующей кислотой.
38. Способ по п. 17, в котором многостадийный процесс отбеливания представляет собой пятистадийный процесс отбеливания, включающий последовательность D0(OX)D1(OX)(C/A).
39. Способ по п. 17, в котором многостадийный процесс отбеливания представляет собой пятистадийный процесс отбеливания, включающий последовательность D0(OX)(C/A)E2D2.
