Claims (33)
1. Способ для изготовления крафтцеллюлозы, включающий в себя:
гидролиз и кислородную делигнификацию крафтцеллюлозной массы;
отбеливание крафтцеллюлозной массы с использованием многостадийного процесса отбеливания; и
окисление крафтцеллюлозы во время по меньшей мере двух стадий перекисью и катализатором в кислотных условиях; причем эти по меньшей мере две стадии могут осуществляться до последовательности отбеливания, в ходе последовательности отбеливания, после последовательности отбеливания или в комбинации этого.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором крафтцеллюлозная масса представляет собой волокно южной сосны.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором катализатор выбирается по меньшей мере как одно из меди и железа, и значение pH стадии окисления составляет от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 6.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором катализатор является железом и присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 50 частей на миллион до приблизительно 150 частей на миллион, а перекись является перекисью водорода и присутствует в количестве от 0,5% до приблизительно 3,0%.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором окисление выполняется на второй и четвертой стадиях пятистадийного процесса отбеливания.
6. Способ по п. 4, в котором окисление выполняется на второй и четвертой стадиях пятистадийного процесса отбеливания.
7. Крафтволокно из мягкой древесины, имеющее улучшенное содержание карбонильных групп, изготовленное с помощью способа, не включающего в себя стадию предварительного гидролиза и включающего в себя:
гидролиз и кислородную делигнификацию крафтцеллюлозной массы;
отбеливание крафтцеллюлозной массы с использованием многостадийного процесса отбеливания; и
окисление крафтцеллюлозы во время по меньшей мере двух стадий перекисью и катализатором в кислотных условиях; причем эти по меньшей мере две стадии могут осуществляться до последовательности отбеливания, в ходе последовательности отбеливания, после последовательности отбеливания или в комбинации этого.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором катализатор выбирается из железа или меди в количестве от 25 частей на миллион до 200 частей на миллион, а перекись является перекисью водорода и присутствует в количестве от 0,5% до приблизительно 2,0% по целлюлозе.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором значение pH на стадии окисления составляет от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 6.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором окисление выполняется на второй и четвертой стадиях пятистадийного процесса отбеливания.
11. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы, обладающее следующими характеристиками:
полное содержание карбонильных групп по меньшей мере 9 мэкв/100 г, содержание альдегида по меньшей мере 6 мэкв/100 г, медное число по меньшей мере 5 и содержание карбоксильных групп по меньшей мере 4 мэкв/100 г.
12. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы по п. 11, в котором средняя длина волокна составляет по меньшей мере приблизительно 2,0 мм.
13. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы по п. 11, в котором вязкость составляет от приблизительно 2 мПа⋅с до приблизительно 6 мПа⋅с.
14. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы по п. 12, в котором вязкость составляет от приблизительно 2 мПа⋅с до приблизительно 6 мПа⋅с.
15. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы по п. 11, в котором содержание карбоксильных групп составляет по меньшей мере 5 мэкв/100 г.
16. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы по п. 14, в котором содержание карбоксильных групп составляет по меньшей мере 5 мэкв/100 г.
17. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы по п. 14, в котором содержание карбоксильных групп составляет по меньшей мере 6 мэкв/100 г.
18. Окисленное отбеленное волокно крафт-целлюлозы по п. 11, которое имеет антибактериальные свойства.
19. Способ для отбеливания крафтцеллюлозной массы в многостадийной последовательности отбеливания, включающей в себя подвергание крафтцеллюлозы многостадийной последовательности отбеливания, в которой последовательность не содержит щелочных стадий.
20. Способ по п. 19, в котором многостадийная последовательность отбеливания производит волокно с яркостью волокна по меньшей мере 87.
21. Способ по п. 19, в котором многостадийная последовательность отбеливания является пятистадийной последовательностью отбеливания.
22. Способ по п. 20, в котором многостадийная последовательность отбеливания является пятистадийной последовательностью отбеливания.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором все стадии многостадийной последовательности отбеливания выполняются при кислотных условиях.
24. Способ по п. 19, в котором многостадийная последовательность отбеливания включает в себя по меньшей мере две стадии применения двуокиси хлора.
25. Способ по п. 19, в котором многостадийная последовательность отбеливания включает в себя по меньшей мере три стадии применения двуокиси хлора.
26. Способ по п. 20, в котором крафтцеллюлоза подвергается гидролизу и кислородной делигнификации перед отбеливанием в многостадийной последовательности отбеливания.
