Abstract
1. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов, содержащая- полоску с верхней стороной и нижней стороной, содержащую- первую и вторую оболочки для пипетки, содержащие противоположные стороны, причемуказанные первая и вторая оболочки для пипетки содержат первую и вторую апертуру наконечника пипетки, соответственно, каждая из которых содержит отдельное отверстие на верхней стороне полоски, иуказанные первая и вторая апертуры наконечника пипетки выполнены с возможностью введения первого и второго наконечника пипетки в указанные первую и вторую оболочки для пипетки, соответственно, икаждая из указанных первой и второй оболочек для пипетки выполнена с возможностью по существу охватывать длину первого и второго наконечника пипетки, соответственно,- трубку для обработки и- емкость, содержащую отверстие, проходящее через полоску для реактивов, причемуказанная емкость выполнена с возможностью приема трубки для реактива.2. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, в которой первая оболочка для пипетки содержит первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие, причемуказанное первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие проходит через боковую стенку первой оболочки для пипетки.3. Claims (27)
1. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов, содержащая
- полоску с верхней стороной и нижней стороной, содержащую
- первую и вторую оболочки для пипетки, содержащие противоположные стороны, причем
указанные первая и вторая оболочки для пипетки содержат первую и вторую апертуру наконечника пипетки, соответственно, каждая из которых содержит отдельное отверстие на верхней стороне полоски, и
указанные первая и вторая апертуры наконечника пипетки выполнены с возможностью введения первого и второго наконечника пипетки в указанные первую и вторую оболочки для пипетки, соответственно, и
каждая из указанных первой и второй оболочек для пипетки выполнена с возможностью по существу охватывать длину первого и второго наконечника пипетки, соответственно,
- трубку для обработки и
- емкость, содержащую отверстие, проходящее через полоску для реактивов, причем
указанная емкость выполнена с возможностью приема трубки для реактива.
2. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, в которой первая оболочка для пипетки содержит первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие, причем
указанное первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие проходит через боковую стенку первой оболочки для пипетки.
3. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 2, в которой первая оболочка для пипетки содержит пару апертур, причем пара апертур содержит первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие и второе выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие, проходящие через боковую стенку первой оболочки для пипетки, причем
первое и второе выполненные предварительной обработкой отверстия размещены на противоположных сторонах боковой стенки и размещены на одинаковом расстоянии вдоль первой оболочки для пипетки от первой апертуры наконечника пипетки.
4. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, в которой первая и вторая апертуры наконечника пипетки размещены в смежных положениях вдоль верхней стороны полоски.
5. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, в которой трубка для обработки представляет собой неотъемлемую часть полоски, причем
указанная полоска содержит апертуру трубки для обработки, формирующую отверстие в указанной выполненной неразъемной трубке для обработки.
6. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая выполненную неразъемной трубку для реактива, причем
указанная полоска содержит апертуру трубки для реактивов, формирующую отверстие в указанной выполненной неразъемной трубке для реактива.
7. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 2, в которой первая оболочка для пипетки содержит множество выполненных предварительной обработкой отверстий.
8. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 2, в которой первая оболочка для пипетки содержит множество пар апертур.
9. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 2, в которой вторая оболочка для пипетки содержит первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие, проходящее через боковую стенку второй оболочки для пипетки.
10. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 3, в которой вторая оболочка для пипетки содержит пару апертур оболочки для пипетки, причем
указанная пара апертур содержит первое и второе выполненные предварительной обработкой отверстия, проходящие через боковую стенку второй оболочки для пипетки, причем
первое и второе выполненные предварительной обработкой отверстия размещены на противоположных сторонах боковой стенки и размещены на одинаковом расстоянии вдоль длины второй оболочки для пипетки от второй апертуры наконечника пипетки.
11. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, в которой первая и вторая оболочки для пипетки имеют различные длины, измеряемые от первой и второй апертур наконечника пипетки.
12. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 2, в которой вторая оболочка для пипетки не содержит выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия.
13. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 2, в которой указанное расположение первого выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия находится на расстоянии вдоль длины первой оболочки для пипетки таким образом, что при введении наконечника пипетки в указанную оболочку для пипетки наконечник пипетки проходит мимо первого выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия внутри оболочки для пипетки.
14. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 6, содержащая множество выполненных неразъемными трубок для реактивов.
15. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 5, содержащая множество выполненных неразъемными трубок для обработки.
16. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, содержащая множество емкостей для реактивов, причем
указанное множество емкостей выполнено с возможностью приема множества трубок для реактивов.
17. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 1, содержащая камеру для отходов, причем
камера для отходов выполнена неразъемной с полоской и содержит апертуру для отходов, образующую отверстие в указанную выполненную неразъемной камеру для отходов.
18. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 6, в которой указанная выполненная неразъемной трубка для реактивов содержит жидкий реактив.
19. Унифицированная полоска для реактивов по п. 6, дополнительно содержащая слоистый материал, который с уплотнением закрывает апертуру выполненной неразъемной трубки для реактивов.
20. Способ обнаружения наличия или отсутствия наконечника пипетки внутри оболочки для пипетки унифицированной полоски для реактивов, согласно которому:
- обеспечивают унифицированную полоску для реактивов по п. 3,
- пропускают оптический луч через первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие указанной первой пары апертур оболочки для пипетки и
- проверяют, выходит ли указанный оптический луч беспрепятственно через указанное второе выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие указанной пары апертур оболочки для пипетки, причем
беспрепятственный выход указанного оптического луча из указанного второго выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия указанной первой оболочки для пипетки указывает на отсутствие наконечника пипетки внутри первой оболочки для пипетки, а
заблокированный выход указанного оптического луча из указанного второго выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия указывает на наличие наконечника пипетки внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки.
21. Способ определения длины наконечника пипетки внутри оболочки для пипетки унифицированной полоски для реактивов, согласно которому:
- обеспечивают унифицированную полоску для реактивов, содержащую:
полоску с верхней стороной и нижней стороной, содержащую
трубку для обработки,
емкость, содержащую отверстие, проходящее через полоску для реактивов, причем указанная емкость выполнена с возможностью приема трубки для реактива,
первую и вторую оболочку для пипетки, причем каждая из указанных оболочек для пипетки содержит:
- первую и вторую апертуры наконечника пипетки, соответственно, каждая из которых содержит отдельное отверстие на верхней стороне полоски, причем
первая и вторая апертуры наконечника пипетки выполнены с возможностью введения первого и второго наконечника пипетки в указанные первую и вторую оболочки для пипетки, соответственно, и
каждая из указанных первой и второй оболочек для пипетки выполнена с возможностью по существу охватывать длину первого и второго наконечника пипетки, соответственно,
- верхнюю пару апертур оболочки для пипетки и нижнюю пару апертур оболочки для пипетки внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки, причем
каждая пара из указанных верхней и нижней пар апертур содержит первое и второе выполненные предварительной обработкой отверстия, проходящие через боковую стенку первой оболочки для пипетки,
первое и второе выполненные предварительной обработкой отверстия указанных верхней и нижней пар апертур оболочки для пипетки размещены на противоположных сторонах первой оболочки для пипетки и размещены на одинаковом расстоянии вдоль длины первой оболочки для пипетки от первой апертуры наконечника пипетки,
верхняя пара апертур оболочки для пипетки расположена ближе к первой апертуре наконечника пипетки, чем указанная нижняя пара апертур оболочки для пипетки,
- пропускают оптический луч через первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие указанной верхней пары апертур оболочки для пипетки,
- пропускают оптический луч через первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие указанной нижней пары апертур оболочки для пипетки,
- проверяют, заблокировано ли прохождение указанного оптического луча через указанное второе выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие указанной верхней пары апертур оболочки для пипетки и
- проверяют, заблокировано ли прохождение указанного оптического луча через указанное нижнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие указанной первой пары апертур оболочки для пипетки, причем
блокировка прохождения указанного оптического луча через второе выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие верхней пары апертур и прохождение указанного оптического луча через указанное второе выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие указанной нижней пары апертур оболочки для пипетки означает, что наконечник пипетки внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки имеет длину, которая не доходит вниз до нижней пары апертур оболочки для пипетки при его введении в первую оболочку для пипетки.
22. Способ обнаружения наличия или отсутствие наконечника пипетки внутри оболочки для пипетки унифицированной полоски для реактивов, согласно которому обеспечивают унифицированную полоску для реактивов по п. 2, определяют, проходит ли наконечник пипетки внутри указанной оболочки для пипетки от апертуры наконечника пипетки по меньшей мере до местоположения первого выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором при указанном определении выполняют визуальный осмотр внутренности оболочки для пипетки.
24. Способ по п. 22, в котором при указанном определении пропускают оптический луч, входящий в оболочку для пипетки, через первое выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие и определяют отражение или ослабление оптического луча как указание на наличие или отсутствие наконечника пипетки, проходящего внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки на расстояние от апертуры наконечника пипетки до первого выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия.
25. Способ определения длины наконечника пипетки внутри оболочки для пипетки унифицированной полоски для реактивов, согласно которому:
- обеспечивают унифицированную полоску для реактивов, содержащую
полоску с верхней стороной и нижней стороной, содержащую
трубку для обработки,
емкость, содержащую отверстие, проходящее через полоску для реактивов, причем указанная емкость выполнена с возможностью приема трубки для реактива, первую и вторую оболочку для пипетки, каждая из которых содержит
первую и вторую апертуру наконечника пипетки, соответственно, каждая из которых содержит отдельное отверстие на верхней стороне полоски, причем указанные первая и вторая апертуры наконечника пипетки выполнены с возможностью введения первого и второго наконечника пипетки в указанные первую и вторую оболочки для пипетки, соответственно, и каждая из указанных первой и второй оболочек для пипетки выполнена с возможностью по существу охватывать длину первого и второго наконечника пипетки, соответственно,
верхнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие и нижнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки, причем
каждое из указанных верхнего выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия и нижнего выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия проходит через боковую стенку оболочки для пипетки, причем верхнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие расположено ближе к первой апертуре наконечника пипетки, чем указанное нижнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие,
- определяют, проходит ли наконечник пипетки внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки от первой апертуры наконечника пипетки до местоположения первого выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия, и
- определяют, проходит ли наконечник пипетки внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки от первой апертуры наконечника пипетки до местоположения второго выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия.
26. Способ по п. 25, в котором при указанном определении выполняют визуальный осмотр внутренности оболочки для пипетки через указанное верхнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие и указанное нижнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие.
27. Способ по п. 25, в котором при указанном определении
пропускают оптический луч через указанное верхнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие,
пропускают оптический луч через указанное нижнее выполненное предварительной обработкой отверстие,
определяют отражение или ослабление первого и второго оптических лучей как указание на наличие или отсутствие наконечника пипетки, проходящего внутри указанной первой оболочки для пипетки на расстояние от апертуры наконечника пипетки до первого выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия и второго выполненного предварительной обработкой отверстия, соответственно.
