Description
Claims (15)
- 分析装置に装着して使用する分析用具であって、試料と試薬を反応させるために円環状に並ぶ複数の反応槽と、上記複数の反応槽の内部を加熱するための薄膜ヒータを備えた分析用具であって、
上記薄膜ヒータは、中央貫通孔を有する円盤状の支持基材と、第1薄膜電極と、薄膜発熱抵抗体と、第2薄膜電極と、を備え、上記第1薄膜電極、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体、および上記第2薄膜電極は、この順序で上記支持基材上に積層されており、
上記第1薄膜電極、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体、および上記第2薄膜電極は、それぞれ、上記支持基材の中央貫通孔と対応する貫通孔を有するとともに、切欠によって一部が分離された略環状の形態を有しており、
上記第1薄膜電極の切欠は、当該第1薄膜電極の一部が上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の切欠における径方向一方側に延出するように形成されており、
上記第2薄膜電極の切欠は、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の切欠における径方向一方側を臨ませるとともに、当該第2薄膜電極の一部が上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の切欠における径方向他方側に延出するように形成されており、
上記薄膜発熱抵抗体が発する熱を上記支持基材を介して伝達することにより上記複数の反応槽の内部を加熱することを特徴とする、分析用具。 - 上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の厚みは、20〜300nmである、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記第1薄膜電極、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体、および上記第2薄膜電極は、加熱積層体を構成している、請求項1または2に記載の分析用具。
- 上記加熱積層体は、少なくも一部が透光性を有している、請求項3に記載の分析用具。
- 上記加熱積層体は、全体が透明に形成されている、請求項4に記載の分析用具。
- 上記支持基材は、透明である、請求項4または5に記載の分析用具。
- 上記加熱積層体の厚みは、200μm以下である、請求項3ないし6のいずれかに記載の分析用具。
- 上記加熱積層体の厚みは、100μm以下である、請求項7に記載の分析用具。
- 分析装置に装着して使用する分析用具であって、試料と試薬を反応させるために円環状に並ぶ複数の反応槽と、上記複数の反応槽の内部を加熱するための薄膜ヒータを備えた分析用具であって、
上記薄膜ヒータは、中央貫通孔を有する円盤状の支持基材と、第1薄膜電極と、薄膜発熱抵抗体と、第2薄膜電極と、を備え、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体は、上記支持基材上に積層されており、
上記薄膜発熱抵抗体は、切欠によって一部が分離された略環状の形態を有しており、
上記第1薄膜電極は、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の一端に接続され、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の切欠における径方向一方側に延出する部分を有し、
上記第2薄膜電極は、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の他端に接続され、上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の切欠における径方向他方側に延出する部分を有しており、
上記薄膜発熱抵抗体が発する熱を上記支持基材を介して伝達することにより上記複数の反応槽の内部を加熱することを特徴とする、分析用具。 - 複数の流路を有する第1透明部材と、上記複数の流路を覆うように上記第1透明部材に接合された第2透明部材と、を備えており、かつ、
上記薄膜ヒータは、上記第1または第2透明部材の表面に積層配置されている、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の分析用具。 - 上記薄膜ヒータは、上記第2透明部材における上記第1透明部材が接合された面とは反対の面に形成されており、かつ、
上記薄膜ヒータを覆うための透明な第3透明部材をさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の分析用具。 - 上記第3透明部材は、上記第1透明部材との間に上記第2透明部材および上記薄膜ヒータを内包できるようにキャップ状に形成されている、請求項11に記載の分析用具。
- 上記第1および第2薄膜電極に接触させるための第1および第2プローブを備えた分析装置に装着して使用する、請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の分析用具。
- 上記第1薄膜電極における上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の切欠に延出する部分に上記第1プローブが接触させられ、上記第2薄膜電極における上記薄膜発熱抵抗体の切欠に延出する部分に上記第2プローブが接触させられる、請求項13に記載の分析用具。
- 使用する試料の量が400μL以下であるマイクロデバイスとして構成されている、請求項14に記載の分析用具。
