Abstract
1. Твердая форма соединения формулы 1:где указанная твердая форма выбрана из группы, состоящей изa) по существу аморфной формы соединения 1, выбранной из форм XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI или их комбинаций, причем соединение 1 молекулярно диспергировано;b) сольватных форм III, IV, V, VI, VII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV или XV;c) полиморфных форм VIII или XVI иd) соли серной кислоты, бромистоводородной кислоты или хлористоводородной кислоты соединения 1.2. Твердая форма по п.1, выбранная из по существу аморфной формы соединения 1, выбранной из формы XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI или их комбинаций, причем соединение 1 молекулярно диспергировано в полимерной матрице.3. Твердая форма (XVII) по п.2, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой по существу такой, как показано на фиг.20.4. Claims (40)
1. Твердая форма соединения формулы 1:
где указанная твердая форма выбрана из группы, состоящей из
a) по существу аморфной формы соединения 1, выбранной из форм XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI или их комбинаций, причем соединение 1 молекулярно диспергировано;
b) сольватных форм III, IV, V, VI, VII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV или XV;
c) полиморфных форм VIII или XVI и
d) соли серной кислоты, бромистоводородной кислоты или хлористоводородной кислоты соединения 1.
2. Твердая форма по п.1, выбранная из по существу аморфной формы соединения 1, выбранной из формы XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI или их комбинаций, причем соединение 1 молекулярно диспергировано в полимерной матрице.
3. Твердая форма (XVII) по п.2, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой по существу такой, как показано на фиг.20.
4. Твердая форма (XVIII) по п.2, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой по существу такой, как показано на фиг.21.
5. Твердая форма (XIX) по п.2, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой по существу такой, как показано на фиг.22.
6. Твердая форма (XX) по п.2, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой по существу такой, как показано на фиг.23.

Твердая форма по любому из пп.2-12, где полимер выбран из ацетатсукцината гидроксипропилметилцеллюлозы (HPMCAS), гидроксипропилметилцеллюлозы, сополимера метакриловой кислоты, поливинилпирролидона (повидон), сополимера 4-винилпирролидон-винилацетат (соповидон) или сополимеров метакриловой кислоты и этилакрилата (EUDRAGIT® L100-55).
15. Твердая форма по п.13, где полимер выбран из ацетатсукцината гидроксипропилметилцеллюлозы (HPMCAS), гидроксипропилметилцеллюлозы, сополимера метакриловой кислоты, поливинилпирролидона (повидон), сополимера 4-винилпирролидон-винилацетат (соповидон) или сополимеров метакриловой кислоты и этилакрилата (EUDRAGIT® L100-55).
16. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая, по меньшей мере, одну твердую форму по любому из пп.2-15 или ее фармацевтически приемлемую соль и фармацевтически приемлемый носитель, добавки или эксципиенты.
17. Способ лечения заболевания или состояния у млекопитающего, нуждающегося в этом, включающий введение указанному млекопитающему эффективного количества композиции по п.16.
18. Способ по п.17, где заболевание или состояние представляет собой меланому, рак щитовидной железы или рак толстой кишки.
19. Твердая форма по п.1, выбранная из сольватной формы III, IV, V, VI, VII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV или XV.
20. Твердая форма по п.1, выбранная из полиморфной формы VIII или XVI.
21. Твердая форма по п.1, выбранная из соли серной кислоты, бромистоводородной кислоты или хлористоводородной кислоты соединения 1.
22. Твердая форма (форма III) по п.19, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой, содержащей характеристические пики приблизительно в 9,5, 10,0, 13,0, 16,7, 18,7, 20,1, 21,0 и 25,6 градусов 2 тета (±0,2 градуса 2 тета).
23. Твердая форма (форма IV) по п.19, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой, содержащей характеристические пики приблизительно в 5,5, 7,4, 11,0, 13,4, 14,8, 16,0, 16,7, 17,1, 17,9, 19,1, 19,5, 20,1, 20,5, 20,9, 21,2, 22,2, 23,0, 23,6, 24,2, 24,5 и 25,1 градусов 2 тета (±0,2 градуса 2 тета).
24. Твердая форма (форма V) по п.19, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой, содержащей характеристические пики приблизительно в 12,7, 13,1, 14,3, 16,3, 19,0, 20,1, 22,4, 25,1, 27,1 и 28,9 градусов 2 тета (±0,2 градуса 2 тета).
25. Твердая форма (форма VI) по п.19, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой, содержащей характеристические пики приблизительно в 7,8, 10,3, 11,4, 11,8, 15,1, 15,6, 16,1, 16,6, 18,6, 18,9, 19,2, 20,4, 21,0, 21,6, 22,8, 24,6, 25,1, 25,8, 26,1, 27,4 и 28,8 градусов 2 тета (±0,2 градуса 2 тета).
26. Твердая форма (форма VII) по п.19, характеризуемая рентгеновской порошковой дифрактограммой, содержащей характеристические пики приблизительно в 7,6, 9,4, 9,9, 13,1, 15,9, 16,2, 17,0, 18,1, 18,8, 19,9, 20,5, 20,7, 21,4, 21,8, 24,3, 24,9 и 25,3 градусов 2 тета (±0,2 градусов 2 тета).

40. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая, по меньшей мере, одну из твердых форм по любому из пп.19-39, вместе с фармацевтически приемлемыми добавками, носителями или эксципиентами.
