Claims (12)
1. Многослойные пигменты на основе стеклянных чешуек, отличающиеся тем, что стеклянные чешуйки покрыты чередующимися слоями с высоким и низким показателем преломления и что стеклянные чешуйки покрыты, по крайней мере, тремя слоями.
2. Многослойные пигменты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что пигменты включают, по крайней мере, одну последовательность слоев, которая содержит
(A) покрытие, которое имеет показатель преломления n>1,8,
(B) покрытие, которое имеет показатель преломления n≤1,8, и
(C) покрытие, которое имеет показатель преломления n>1,8, и, при необходимости,
(D) внешний защитный слой,
при условии, что пакет слоев (А)+(В) может присутствовать в стандартной послойной сборке (А)+(В)+(С) до четырех раз.
3. Многослойные пигменты по п.1 или 2, отличающиеся тем, что стеклянные чешуйки имеют толщину меньше, чем 1 μм.
4. Многослойные пигменты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что слои состоят из оксидов металлов, субоксидов металлов, фторидов металлов, галогеноксидов металлов, халькогенидов металлов, сульфидов металлов, нитридов металлов, оксинитридов металлов, карбидов металлов, или их смесей.
5. Многослойные пигменты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что слой с высоким показателем преломления состоит из TiO2,Fe2О3, TiFe2О3,Fe3O4, BiOCl, Cr2О3, ZrO2, ZnO, SnO2, СоО, Со3O4, VO2, V2О3, титанатов железа, гидратов оксида железа, субоксидов титана, ванадата висмута, алюмината кобальта, сульфидов металлов, галогенидов металлов, нитридов металлов, оксинитридов металлов, карбидов металлов, или их смесей.
6. Многослойные пигменты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что слой с низким показателем преломления состоит из SiO2, Al2о3, AlO(ОН), В2О3, MgF2 или их смесей.
7. Многослойные пигменты по п.2, отличающиеся тем, что они имеют следующую структуру слоев:
и, при необходимости,
(D) внешний защитный слой.
8. Многослойные пигменты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что стеклянные чешуйки покрыты тремя слоями.
9. Способ получения многослойного пигмента, который включает покрытие стеклянных чешуек путем влажного химического покрытия, или путем химического или физического осаждения пара и прокаливание покрытых стеклянных чешуек.
10. Применение многослойных пигментов по п.1 в пластмассах, покрытиях, покрытиях из порошкового материала, красках, чернилах, типографских красках, стеклах, керамических изделиях, фольге для сельского хозяйства, в косметических композициях, для лазерной маркировки бумаг и пластмасс.
11. Композиции, содержащие многослойные пигменты по п.1.
12. Пыленеобразующие порошки, пасты и гранулы, содержащие многослойные пигменты по п.1.
