Abstract

Postupak prečišćavanja interferon proteina, naznačen time, što se sastoji od izvođenja katjonske izmenjivačke hromatografije na čvrstom nosaču na baznijem pH od pH koji odgovara izoelektričnoj tačci, pI, proteina koji se prečišćavaju, pH na kome su pomenuti proteini i dalje absorbovani i eluiranja pomenutih proteina povećavanjem jonske jačine i/ili pH vodenog rastvora pufera.Prijava sadrži još 7 patentnih zahteva.
