Abstract

El objeto de la invencion es un proceso para la purificacion de proteínas farmacologicamente activas basado en el uso de cromatografía de intercambio cationico llevada a cabo en una matriz solida a un pH mAs bAsico, ej. superior, con respecto al pH correspondiente al punto isoelÉctrico pI, de las proteínas al ser purificadas, pH en el cual sin embargo dichas proteínas quedan todavía absorbidas. Las soluciones buffer con los valores de pH y de fuerza ionica ajustada de tiempo en tiempo al tipo de proteína farmacologicamente activa a ser purificadas son usadas para obtener tal resultado. El proceso estA principalmente dirigido a la purificacion del interferon y proteínas de albUmina.
