Abstract

Granule koj e se sastoj e od laktoze i skroba; naznačene time da je odnos laktoze i skroba između 90/10 i 25/75, a pogodno između 85/15 i 50/50, da pomenute granule imaju trošnost (drobljivost) manju od ili jednaku 80%, a pogodno manju od ili jednaku 60% prema testu A koji se sastoji u podvrgavanju granula mehaničkom dejstvu u aparatu za merenje trošnosti robne marke ERWEKA TA snabdevenim bubnjem za habanje koji se obrće uniformnom brzinom od 25 obrtaja u minuti u toku 5 minuta i u koji se unosi 5 identičnih čeličnih kuglica prečnika 17 mm i težine 18,87 g i količina od 15 g pomenutih granula veličine zrna između 100 i 200 pm, pri čemu vrednost trošnosti odgovara procentu praha koji nije zadržan sitom veličine okca od 100 mikrona, i pri čemu pomenute granule imaju sfernu strukturu pod elektronskim mikroskopom.Prijava sadrži 3 zavisna zahteva.
