Claims (11)
- 코 분무 건조된(co-spray-dried) 락토스 및 과립상 전분으로 이루어진 구형 과립에 있어서,락토스/전분 비는 90/10∼25/75 이고,직경 17 ㎜ 및 중량 18.87 g 인 5개의 동일 강철 구슬 및 100∼200 ㎛의 입경을 갖는 상기 과립 15 g 을 도입한, 5분 동안 25 rpm 의 균일 회전 속도로 회전하는 파쇄 챔버가 구비된 상표명 ERWEKA TA 의 파쇄성 측정기에서 기계적 작용을 행하는 것으로 이루어진 테스트 A 에 따라 측정되는 상기 과립의 파쇄성은 100 마이크론의 메쉬 폭을 가진 체(sieve)에 의해 포착되지 않은 분말의 % 에 해당하며, 상기 분말의 파쇄성(friability)이 80 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 구형 과립.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 테스트 A에 의한 파쇄성(friability)이 60 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 락토스/전분 비는 85/15∼50/50 인 것을 특징으로 하는 과립.
- 코 분무 건조된(co-spray-dried) 락토스 및 과립상 전분으로 이루어진 구형 과립에 있어서,청구항 1 의 테스트 A에 의한 파쇄성(friability)이 80 % 이하이고,락토스/전분 비는 50/50∼90/10 이고,윤활제로서 마그네슘 스테아레이트 0.5 중량을 미리 첨가한 과립으로부터 제조된 정제의 파쇄 내성을 나타내는 힘을 측정하는 것으로 이루어지는, 오목면(곡률반경 14 ㎜)을 갖는 원통상이고 직경 13 ㎜, 두께 6 ㎜ 및 표면 밀도 1.3∼1.4 g/㎖ 를 갖는 상기 정제는 직경 13 mm 의, 오목면을 가진 동그라미형 다이를 가지고 있는 AM 형 FROGERAIS 교대 프레스로 정제화되고, 상부 다이의 삽입 및 바닥부 다이의 충전 체적은 정제의 밀도를 변화시키기 위해 프레스에 설정되고, 대응하는 이들의 정제 경도는 TBH 30 GMD 형의 ERWEKA 듀로미터를 이용하여 측정되는 테스트 B 에 의해 측정된 정제화 성능은 1.3 g/㎖의 정제 밀도에서 70 N 이상이며 1.4 g/㎖의 정제 밀도에서 170 N 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립.
- 청구항 4 에 있어서, 정제화 성능은 1.3 g/㎖의 정제 밀도에서 80 N 이상이며 1.4 g/㎖의 정제 밀도에서 180 N 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 안식각이 45°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립.
- 청구항 6 에 있어서, 안식각이 40°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립.
- 락토스/전분의 비가 90/10∼25/75 인, 락토스 및 과립상 전분으로 이루어진 구형 과립의 제조 방법에 있어서,과립상 전분의 수성 서스펜션을 제조하는 단계,락토스를 상기 전분 서스펜션에 첨가하는 단계, 및수득한 서스펜션을 분무 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 구형 과립의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 8 에 있어서, 락토스/전분 비는 85/15∼50/50 인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4 에 있어서, 안식각이 45°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립.
- 청구항 10 에 있어서, 안식각이 40°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 구형 과립.
