Korte aanduiding: Werkwijze voor de bereiding van een emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een werkwijze voor de 5 bereiding van een W/O/W-type meervoudige emulsie toe te passen voor geneesmiddelen, cosmetische produkten en dergelijke. Met name heeft de uitvinding betrekking op een werkwijze voor de bereiding van een fijne emulsie van het meervoudige W/O/W-type met een voortreffelijke stabiliteit.
10 Meer in het bijzonder heeft de uitvinding betrekking op een werkwijze voor de bereiding van een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type met een voortreffelijke stabiliteit tegen warmte ter bereiding van geneesmiddelen, cosmetische artikelen en dergelijke, afwijkend van voedsel.
15 Een verdere doelstelling volgens de uitvinding is het bereiden van een emulsie van het meervoudige W/O/W-type, geschikt voor de bereiding van diverse produkten in de vorm van een emulsie zoals geneesmiddelen en cosmetische produkten.
Achtergrond van de uitvinding.
20 Het gebruik van W/O/W-type meervoudige emulsies voor ver schillende doeleinden zoals de bereiding van cosmetische produkten, geneesmiddelen, voedingsmiddelen en dranken is te verwachten omdat deze in het algemeen een zeer fijne textuur hebben en zacht aanvoelen na aanbrenging op de huid en een in water oplosbare stof kan hierin worden 25 verwerkt in vet houdende bolletjes en het schijnbare vetgehalte hiervan kan worden verhoogd.
Bij bekende werkwijzen voor de bereiding van een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type wordt een Span (merkaanduiding) emulgeer-middel zoals sorbitanmonooleaat toegepast in een hoeveelheid van ten 30 minste 20%, gebaseerd op een olie bij de primaire emulgering en vervolgens wordt de tweede emulgering uitgevoerd.
Wanneer echter een dergelijke grote hoeveelheid emulgeer-middel wordt gebruikt, wordt de emulsie van de meervoudige fase gebroken of de emulgeersnelheid wordt verlaagd door het verwarmen dat wordt uit-35 gevoerd in de laatste stap voor de sterilisatie-of dergelijke. Dit is· een ernstig nadeel.

Beschrijving van de uitvinding.
De uitvinders zijn er thans in geslaagd een voortreffelijke meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type te bereiden onder toepassing van polyglycerolpolyricinolaat (te weten een polyglycerolester van een poly-5 gecondenseerd vetzuur van ricinusolie) als emulgeermiddel.
Volgens de onderhavige uitvinding kunnen de beoogde effekten worden bereikt met slechts een kleine hoeveelheid polyglycerolpolyricinolaat toegepast als emulgeermiddel en de verkregen meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type heeft een voortreffelijke stabiliteit tegen warmte, 10 bestandheid tegen vriezen en is stabiel bij bewaren. De binnenste waterige fase kan een grote hoeveelheid effectieve stoffen bevatten omdat deze fase zeer fijn is, kan met een hoge vormingssnelheid worden gevormd en is stabiel tegen fysische behandelingen die na de vorming hiervan worden uitgevoerd.
15 Beschrijving van de tekening.
Fig. 1 geeft veranderingen aan bij de vormingssnelheid van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type met de concentratie van emulgeer-middelen, bepaald in testvoorbeeld 5.
De polyglycerolpolyricinolaten die worden toegepast bij de 20 onderhavige uitvinding worden weergegeven door algemene formule 1: R10-(CH2-CH(-0R2)-CH2-0)n-R3 1.
waarbij n een getal is van 2 tot 12 en R2 en R3 elk een waterstofatoom of een polyricinoleïnezuur met formule 2 zijn: 25 H-[0-CH{-CH2)5CH3}-CH2-CH=CH-(CH2)7-C(=0)-]m-0H 2.
waarbij m een getal van 2 tot 10 voorstelt.
De polyglycerolpolyricinolaten met de bovenvermelde formule kunnen enkelvoudig worden gebruikt of in de vorm van een geschikt mengsel 30 van twee of meer van deze verbindingen volgens de uitvinding.
Het polyglycerolpolyricinolaat (hierna aangegeven als "het emulgeermiddel") kan in de waterige fase, in de olie houdende fase of beide worden verwerkt. Het is niet nodig de eerste stof in de laatste op te lossen en zij kunnen worden gebruikt in de vorm van een suspensie 35 wanneer de emulsievorming wordt begonnen. De hoeveelheid emulgeermiddel bedraagt ongeveer 0,1 tot 20%, bij voorkeur 1 tot 15% en met name 1 tot 10%, gebaseerd op de toegepaste olie. Indien nodig kunnen andere emulgeer- 8520061 -3- 25068/Vk/mvl middelen op geschikt wijze worden toegepast. Hoewel deze emulgeermiddelen niet op een bepaalde wijze zijn beperkt, omvatten de bij voorkeur toegepaste voorbeelden lecitine en/of vetzure diësters van glycerol.
De olie-achtige stoffen zijn niet beperkt. Voorbeelden hiervan 5 omvatten bijenwas, lanoline, vaseline, paraffine, dierlijke oliesoorten en plantaardige oliesoorten. Wanneer een geharde olie wordt toegepast moet deze worden gesmolten door verwarmen.
Water dat wordt toegepast bij de bovenvermelde componenten kan eiwit, zetmeel, gom, emulgeermiddel, fosforzuur of een zout hiervan, 10 organisch zuur of een zout hiervan, kleurstof, kruiden en geneesmiddelen bevatten ter vorming van een waterige fase en het kan warm worden gehouden.
Volgens een uitvoeringsvorm van de werkwijze volgens de uitvinding ter bereiding van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type wordt een waterige fase die een emulgeermiddel bevat geleidelijk aan toegevoegd 15 aan een oliefase die een emulgeermiddel bevat en de W/O-emulsie die aldus is verkregen wordt in een keer geïnverteerd tot een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
Volgens een andere uitvoeringsvorm van de werkwijze volgens de uitvinding wordt een W/O-emulsie eerst bereid volgens een van de 20 volgende twee methoden. De eerste methode omvat de geleidelijke toevoeging van een waterige fase aan een oliefase die een emulgeermiddel bevat voor de direkte vorming van een W/O-emulsie, terwijl de tweede werkwijze de toevoeging omvat van een oliefase die een emulgeermiddel bevat aan een waterige fase ter vorming van een O/W-emulsie en het daarna roeren 25 van de emulsie om deze te inverteren tot een W/O-emulsie. De tweede werkwijze, te weten een fase-inversieprocédé waarbij fijne, gelijkmatige druppels kunnen worden gevormd, verdient de voorkeur, hoewel de W/O-emulsie die fijne druppels bevat, kan worden verkregen volgens beide werkwijzen.
30 Volgens deze tweede werkwijze wordt een olie-achtige stof die het emulgeermiddel bevat, langzaam toegevoegd aan de waterige fase onder roeren.
Ter verkrijging van een fijne emulsie, wordt niet aanbevolen grote hoeveelheden hiervan in een keer te mengen. Hoewel de hoeveelheden 35 van de olie-achtige stof en water op geschikte wijze worden bepaald in afhankelijkheid van de doelstelling, verdient een verhouding van de olie-achtige stof tot water van ongeveer 3:1 tot 1:3 de voorkeur, met het oog op de daarop volgende fase-inversie.

De aldus verkregen O/W-emulsie wordt zorgvuldig geroerd met een homomenger om deze om te zetten tot een W/O-emulsie die zeer fijn is en gelijkmatig. Verder kunnen geneesmiddelen en diverse toevoegstoffen aanwezig zijn in de waterige fase die is gedispergeerd in de olie-achtige 5 fase. Het roeren met de homomenger wordt bij voorkeur uitgevoerd onder sterk roeren bij een snelheid van bijvoorbeeld ongeveer 3000 tot 8000 omwentelingen per minuut. Een emulgeerinrichting zoals een homogeniseer-inrichting of een roerder zoals een Votator kan ook worden toegepast. Om de daarop volgende emulgering te vergemakkelijken, wordt de W/O-emulsie 10 bij voorkeur verwarmd tot 50-80 °C.
De waterige fase wordt als volgt bereid volgens de onderhavige uitvinding. De volgende toevoegstof(fen) wordt (worden) aan water toegevoegd: caseïne, natriumcaseïnaat, gelatine, tarwe-eiwit, zetmeel, gemodificeerde zetmeel, sojaboneneiwit, plasmaproteïne, weiproteïne, eiwit, 15 eigeel, dextrine, cyclodextrine, zetmeelderivaten, locustbonengom, xanthase-gom, pullulan, dextran, curdlan, guar-gom, tamarindgom, agar, carrageenan, furcellaran, algininezuur en zouten hiervan, propyleenglycolalginaat, pectine, arabinogalactan, kristalijne cellulose, CMC, methylcellulose, acaciagom, tragacanthgom, Karaya-gom, polynatriumacrylaat, orthofosforzuur, 20 pyrofosforzuur, polyfosforzuur en zouten van deze fosforzuren, gewoon zout, azijn, organische zuren en zouten hiervan, emulgeermiddelen en mengsels van deze toevoegstoffen. De daarbij gebruikte emulgeermiddelen omvatten saccharose-vetzure esters, polyoxyethyleensorbitan-vetzure esters, Pluronic-emulgeermiddel en Tetronic-emulgeermiddel. Verder kunnen ook kleurstoffen 25 en kruiden worden toegevoegd aan de waterige fase in afhankelijkheid van de doelstelling. Het verdient de voorkeur de waterige fase te verwarmen tot een temperatuur van ongeveer 50-80 °C om de daarop volgende emulgeer-bewerking te vergemakkelijken. Hoewel de volgorde van de toevoeging niet is beperkt, wordt in het algemeen eerst de W/0-emulsie in de roerder ge-30 bracht en de waterige fase die de emulgeermiddelen en dergelijke bevat • wordt hieraan toegevoegd om de werkwijze op een de voorkeur verdienende wijze uit te voeren. De roerder is niet beperkt. De roerders die gewoonlijk bij deze werkwijze worden toegepast omvatten roerders met roerbladen die nabij de bodem zijn aangebracht, roerders van het afzuigtype met roer-35 bladen die zich over de binnenkant hiervan uitstrekken, roerders van het afzuig-mengtype, homomengers, homogeniseerinrichtingen en Votatoren. Een bij voorkeur toegepaste roerder is een roerder waarbij een impact, aangebracht bij de bovenste W/O-emulsie-laag zwak is en een stabiele W/O/W-type meervoudige emulsie hiermee kan worden bereid.

De waterige fase wordt gemengd met de bovenvermelde W/0-emulsie en het mengsel wordt geroerd met de roerder bij bijvoorbeeld 250 omwentelingen per minuut gedurende 5 minuten en daarna behandeld met een homogeniseerapparaat ter verkrijging van de beoogde W/0/W-5 emulsie met een zeer fijne textuur.
Zodoende kan volgens de onderhavige uitvinding een stabiele W/O/W-type meervoudige emulsie worden verkregen die zeer fijne druppels bevat en deze emulsie kan worden toegepast bij de bereiding van cosmetische preparaten en geneesmiddelen voor uitwendig en inwendig gebruik.
10 De cosmetische stoffen die kunnen worden bereid onder toepas sing van de W/0/W-type meervoudige emulsie omvatten crèmes, zoals verzachtende crème, reinigende crème, basiscrème, massagecrème, voedings-crème, handcrème en haarcrème en lotions zoals verzachtende lotion, lochidale lotion, lotion na scheren, suntanlotion, handlotion en haar-15 behandelingslotion.
De geneesmiddelen voor uitwendig gebruik omvatten zalven, cataplasma, geneesmiddelen tegen verbranden en dergelijke.
De geneesmiddelen voor inwendig gebruik omvatten inwendige geneesmiddelen, injecties en zetpillen.
20 Experimental
Polyglycerolpolyricinolaat met een polymerisatiegraad van glycerol en een condensatiegraad van ricinoleïnezuur, zoals weergegeven in tabel A, werd in een hoeveelheid van 1%, gebaseerd op de olie, toegevoegd als emulgeermiddel aan 300 g geharde sojabonenolie bij 50 °C en 25 gemengd.
Het mengsel werd achtereenvolgens toegevoegd aan 200 g water bij 50 °C ter verkrijging van een O/W-emulsie, die werd geroerd met een homomenger bij 6000 omwentelingen per minuut om de fase-inversie uit te voeren. Zodoende werd een W/O-emulsie verkregen.
30 Water dat 1% natriumcaseïnaat bevatte en 2% sorbitanmono- stearaat werd in een hoeveelheid van 500 g verwarmd tot 70 °C. De W/O-emulsie, verwarmd tot 70 °C, werd hieraan toegevoegd en het mengsel werd geroerd in een roerder met roerbladen die nabij de bodem hiervan waren aangebracht bij 250 omwentelingen per minuut gedurende 5 minuten. 35 Het mengsel werd verder behandeld in een homogeniseerapparaat bij 100 kg/cm^ en afgekoeld tot 5 °C.
De vormingssnelheid van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type werd onderzocht ter verkrijging van de resultaten zoals weergegeven in tabel A.

Dezelfde werkwijze als vermeld in experiment 1 werd herhaald, behalve dat 1%, gebaseerd op de olie, aan polyglycerolpolyricinolaat met 25 een polymerisatiegraad van glycerol van 4 en een condensatiegraad aan ricinoleïnezuur van 5 werd toegepast en dat het emulgeermiddel werd vervangen door een ander emulgeermiddel dat werd toegevoegd in een hoeveelheid van 2%, gebaseerd op de buitenste waterige fase ter verkrijging van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type. De vormingssnelheid van de 30 meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type werd onderzocht ter verkrijging van de resultaten zoals weergegeven in tabel B.
De meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type werd gevormd met een vormingssnelheid, op dezelfde wijze bepaald als vermeld in experiment 1.

Experiment 4
Dezelfde werkwijze als vermeld in experiment 1 werd herhaald, behalve dat polyglycerolricinolaat, toegepast in experiment 1 werd vervangen door 1%, gebaseerd op de olie, aan mono- of polyglycerolricinolaat 5 en de polymerisatiegraad van glycerol en de veresteringsgraad van ricino-leïnezuur werden gewijzigd. De verkregen resultaten zijn samengevat in tabel D.

In de volgende experimenten 5 tot 7 en volgens de voorbeelden van de onderhavige uitvinding was het toegepaste polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat een mengsel van esters met een polymerisatiegraad van glycerol van 3 tot 4 en een condensatiegraad van ricinoleïnezuur van 4 tot 5.
25 Experiment 5
Van een polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat of sorbitanmonooleaat (Span 80) werd 0,5 tot 10% (verschillende hoeveelheder}, gebaseerd op de olie, toegevoegd aan 300 g geharde sojabonenolie, verwarmd tot 50 °C en gemengd.
30 Het mengsel werd langzaam toegevoegd aan 200 g water verwarmd tot 50 °C ter verkrijging van een 0/W-emulsie, die werd geroerd met een homomenger bij 6000 omwentelingen per minuut om de fase-inversie uit te voeren. Zodoende werd een W/0-emulsie verkregen.
Water dat 1% natriumcaseïnaat bevatte en 2% sorbitanmono- 35 stearaat werd in een hoeveelheid van 500 g verwarmd tot 70 °C. De verkregen W/O-emulsie werd verwarmd tot 70 °C en hieraan toegevoegd en het verkregen mengsel werd geroerd in een roerder met roerbladen die bij de bodem hiervan zijn aangebracht bij 250 omwentelingen per minuut gedurende 8520061 -10- 25068/Vk/mvl 5 minuten. Het mengsel werd verder behandeld in een homogeniseerinrichting bij 100 kg/cm en afgekoeld tot 5 °C.
De W/O/W-type meervoudige emulsie werd onderzocht wat betreft de vormingssnelheid ter verkrijging van de resultaten zoals weergegeven 5 in fig. 1, waarbij een curve A de resultaten weergeeft verkregen wanneer polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat werd toegepast en curve B geeft de resultaten weer verkregen wanneer Span 80 werd toegepast.
Het is duidelijk uit fig. 1 dat polyglycerolpolyricinoleaten tamelijk effectief zijn bij de bereiding van de meervoudige emulsie van 10 het W/0/W-type.
De vormingssnelheid van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type werd bepaald volgens een werkwijze van Matsumoto et al., beschreven in "Yukagku" 26 (10), 655 (1977).
Experiment 6 15 Meervoudige emulsies van het W/O/W-type werden bereid op dezelfde wijze als vermeld in experiment 5, behalve de volgende punten om de gemiddelde druppeldiameter te bepalen en de W/O/W-vormingssnelheid.
a) Dezelfde werkwijze als vermeld in experiment 5 werd herhaald, behalve dat 1,0%, gebaseerd op de olie, aan polyglycerolpolyricino- 20 leaat werd toegepast.
b) Dezelfde werkwijze als vermeld in experiment 1 werd herhaald, behalve dat 1,0%, gebaseerd op de olie, aan polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat werd gebruikt en dat de waterige fase werd toegevoegd aan de olie-fase om de primaire emulgering te bewerkstelligen.
25 c) Het polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat, toegepast als emu.lgeer- .middel, werd vervangen door 1,0%, gebaseerd op de olie, aan mengsel van sorbitanmonostearaat en sorbitanmonooleaat in een verhouding van 1:1.
d) Hetzelfde mengsel als vermeld onder punt c) werd gebruikt in een hoeveelheid van 10,0%, gebaseerd op de olie.

Experiment 7
Dezelfde werkwijze als in experiment 5 werd herhaald, behalve dat de polyglycerolpolyricinoleaten werden vervangen door 1%, gebaseerd op de olie, van een ander emulgeermiddel ter verkrijging van een W/O/W-5 emulsie. De gemiddelde diameter van de druppels en de mate van vorming van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type werd onderzocht. Verder werden de vormingssnelheden van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type onderzocht na bewaren bij 5 °C gedurende 1 maand en na verwarmen bij 120 °C gedurende 30 minuten ter verkrijging van de resultaten dié 10 zijn weergegeven in tabel F.
De vormingssnelheid van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type werd op dezelfde wijze onderzocht als aangegeven in experiment 5.

Afzonderlijk werd component 7 verwarmd tot 50 °C en component 6 werd hieraan toegevoegd. Het bovenvermelde olie-achtige mengsel 15 werd. hieraan toegevoegd bij een snelheid van 20 ml/minuut onder roeren bij 6000 omwentelingen per minuut. In de loop van deze stap werd de O/W-emulsie geïnverteerd ter verkrijging van een W/0-emulsie.
Van de W/0-emulsie werden 100 gew.delen gedispergeerd in 20 gew.delen van een 10% waterige oplossing van polyoxyethyleensorbitan-20 monolaureaat. De dispersie werd opnieuw geëmulgeerd met een homomenger bij 80 °C ter verkrijging van een reinigende crème die in hoofdzaak bestond uit de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
De verkregen reinigende crème was vrij van vet aanvoelen en gaf een fris gevoel na gebruik. De crème had een voortreffelijke ver-25 spreidbaarheid en reinigende werking en een stabiele emulsietoestand.

De dispersie werd opnieuw geëmulgeerd met een homomenger bij 80 °C ter verkrijging van een handcrème die in hoofdzaak bestond uit de 25 meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.

De dispersie werd opnieuw geëmulgeerd met een homomenger bij 5 80 °C ter verkrijging van een haarcrème en in hoofdzaak bestaande uit de meervoudige emulsie van het W/0/W-type.
2) Haarlotion.
Van de W/O-emulsie verkregen zoals boven aangegeven, werden 100 gew.delen gedispergeerd in 100 gew.delen gezuiverd water dat 10 2% sorbitanmonopalmitaat en 2% polyoxyethyleenmonostearaat bevatte. De dispersie werd opnieuw geëmulgeerd met een homomenger bij 80 °C ter verkrijging van een haarlotion die in hoofdzaak bestond uit de meervoudige emulsie van het W/0/W-type.

Van de verkregen emulsie werden 100 gew.delen gedispergeerd 30 in 40 gew.delen van een 5% waterige oplossing van polyoxyethyleen-sorbitanmonooleaat. De dispersie werd opnieuw geëmulgeerd met een T.K. homomenger bij 80 °C ter verkrijging van een reinigingslotion in hoofdzaak bestaande uit een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
Voorbeeld VI
35 Insuline werd in een hoeveelheid van 12000 eenheden opgelost in 8 ml 0,1N zoutzuur ter verkrijging van een waterige insuline-oplos-sing.

Afzonderlijk werd 1,5 g polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat opgelost in 30 ml slaolie. De waterige oplossing die insuline bevatte werd druppelsgewijs aan de laatste oplossing binnen 3 minuten toegevoegd in een ultrasone generator ter verkrijging van een W/O-emulsie.
5 Deze emulsie werd druppelsgewijs toegevoegd aan 100 ml van een 2% waterige oplossing van polyoxyethyleen-vetzure ester en het mengsel werd opnieuw geëmulgeerd met dezelfde ultrasone generator gedurende 5 minuten ter verkrijging van 136 ml van een meervoudige insuline, houdende emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
10 Voorbeeld VII
Insuline werd in een hoeveelheid van 140000 eenheden opgelost in 120 ml 0,1N zoutzure oplossing ter verkrijging van een waterige oplossing die insuline bevatte.
Afzonderlijk werd 10 g polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat opgelost 15 in 200 ml sojabonenolie. De waterige oplossing die insuline bevatte werd druppelsgewijs aan deze oplossing toegevoegd en het mengsel werd geëmulgeerd in een emulgeerorgaan onder hoge druk gedurende 10 minuten ter verkrijging van een W/0-emulsie.
Deze emulsie werd druppelsgewijs toegevoegd aan 900 ml van een 20 1% waterige oplossing van polyoxyethyleenmonostearaatester en het mengsel werd opnieuw geëmulgeerd in dezelfde inrichting gedurende 15 minuten ter verkrijging van 1340 ml van een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.

Mengsel 1 werd langzaam druppelsgewijs aan het mengsel toegevoegd onder roeren in een homomenger bij 6000 omwentelingen per minuut ter verkrijging van een W/O-emulsie.
De verkregen emulsie werd gedispergeerd in mengsel 3 en opnieuw 5 geëmulgeerd met de homomenger ter verkrijging van een zalf die in hoofdzaak de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type bevatte.
Zodoende heeft de onderhavige uitvinding betrekking op een werkwijze voor de bereiding van een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type onder toepassing van een polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat (te weten een 10 polyglycerolester van een poly-gecondenseerd vetzuur van ricinusolie).
Het gebruik van polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat is effectief voor het verhogen van de vormingssnelheid van de W/O/W-type meervoudige emulsie op een aanmerkelijke wijze en geeft een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type die stabiel is gedurende een langere tijdsduur. De meer-15 voudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type heeft ook een voortreffelijke stabiliteit tegen warmte en is geschikt voor de bereiding van geneesmiddelen en cosmetische produkten.

Claims (6)
1. Werkwijze voor de bereiding van een meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type geschikt voor de bereiding van geneesmiddelen en 5 cosmetische produkten, met het kenmerk, dat een polyglycerolpolyricino-leaat wordt toegepast.
2. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat een olie houdende fase wordt toegevoegd aan water of een waterige fase ter vorming van een O/W-emulsie, de emulsie wordt geroerd om deze te inver- 10 teren tot een W/O-emulsie en deze W/O-emulsie wordt toegevoegd aan een waterige fase ter vorming van de beoogde meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
3. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat water of een waterige fase wordt toegevoegd aan een olie houdende fase en het 15 mengsel wordt geroerd en een W/O-emulsie die aldus is vèrkregen wordt toegevoegd aan een waterige fase ter vorming van de beoogde meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
4. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat water of een waterige fase wordt toegevoegd en gemengd met een oliefase en een 20 aldus verkregen W/O-emulsie geïnverteerd ter verkrijging van de meervoudige emulsie van het W/O/W-type.
5. Werkwijze volgens een van de conclusies 1 tot 4, met het kenmerk, dat een polyglycerolpolyricinoleaat wordt verwerkt in de binnenste waterige fase en/of buitenste waterige fase. 25
6· Werkwijze volgens een van de conclusies 1 tot 4, met het kenmerk, dat de binnenste en buitenste waterige fasen water bevatten die een of meer van de stoffen caseïne, natriumcaseïnaat, gelatine, tarwe-eiwit, sojaboneneiwit, plasma-eiwit, melkserumeiwit, het wit van eieren, eigeel, zetmeel, gemodificeerd zetmeel, dextrine, cyclodextrine, zetmeel- 30 derivaten, locustbonengom, xanthaangom, pullulan, dextran, curdlan, guar-gom, tamarindgom, agar, carrageenan, furcellaran, aginezuur en zouten hiervan, propyleenglycolalginaat, pectine, arabinogalactan, kristallijne cellulose, CMC, methylcellulose, acaciagom, tragacanthgom, Karaya-gom, polynatriumacrylaat, pyrofosforzuur en polyfosforzuren en zouten 35 hiervan, gewoon zout, suiker, organische zuren en zouten hiervan, emulgeer-middelen, kleurstoffen, kruiden, parfums en geneesmiddelen.
