Abstract

본 발명은 특정치의 다공도 및 표면적을 갖는 마그네슘 할라이드 및 메탈로센 화합물을 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 성분에 관한 것이다. 특히 본 발명의 성분은 표면적(BET) 약 50㎡/g이상 다공도(BET) 0.15㎤/g이상 및 다공도(Hg) 0.3㎤/g이상이다 (단, 표면적이 약 150㎡/g 이하인 경우, 다공도(Hg)는 약 1.5㎤/g 이하이다). 본 발명의 성분은 α-올레핀의 기상 중합용 촉매의 제조용으로 특히 적당하다.

Claims (26)

  1. 표면적(BET) 약 50㎡/g이상 다공도(BET) 0.15㎤/g이상 및 다공도(Hg) 0.3㎤/g이상임을 특징으로 하는 (단, 표면적이 약 150㎡/g 이하인 경우, 다공도(Hg)는 약 1.5㎤/g 이하이다), 마그네슘 할라이드, 및 1이상의 금속 M-π 결합을 함유하는 Ti, V, Zr 및 Hf에서 선택된 전이 금속 M의 화합물을 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 성분.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 표면적이 약 150㎡/g 이상, 다공도(BET) 0.2㎤/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 표면적이 약 150㎡/g 이하, 다공도(BET) 0.5~1.2㎤/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공도(BET)의 40% 이상이 변경 300Å 이상인 동공에 기인함을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공도(BET)의 50% 이상이 변경 600~1000Å 이상인 동공에 기인함을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치수가 150미크론 이하인 회전 타원체형 입자임을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면적이 200~800㎡/g 이하, 다공도(BET) 0.3㎤/g 이상 및 다공도(Hg) 0.3㎤/g 이상이 마그네슘 할라이드를 함유하는 지지체상, 또는 마그네슘 할라이드 상에 1이상의 금속 M-π 결합을 함유하는 Ti, V, Zr 및 Hf에서 선택된 전이 금속 M의 화합물을 지지시켜 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 마그네슘 할라이드가 치수가 150미크론 이하인 회전 타원체형 입자임을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서, 마그네슘 할라이드가 표면적이 300~600㎡/g, 다공도(BET) 0.5㎤/g 이상인 실리카, 알루미나, 실라카 알루미나, 및 표면적 표면적이 100~500㎡/g, 다공도(BET) 0.5㎤/g 이상인 부분적으로 가교결합된 폴리스티렌으로부터 선택된 불활성 지지체상에 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  10. 제 8항에 있어서, 알킬-알루미늄 화합물과 반응시켜 알콜을 제거시키는 소구형 MgX알콜 부가물로부터 마그네슘 할라이드를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 마그네슘 할라이드가 부분적 탈알콜화 후 알킬-알루미늄 화합물과 반응시키는 MgCl3ROH(식중, R은 탄소수 1~8의 알킬 라디칼이다)부가물로부터 수득된 마그네슘 할라이드임을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  12. 제 1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이 금속 화합물이 공역 π-전자를 함유하는 모노- 또는 폴리시클릭 구조를 갖는, 금속 M 상에 배위된 1이상의 리드간 L을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 성분.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 전이 금속 화합물이 하기 구조의 화합물로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 성분 :

    Cp1CpMR1 aR2 b(Ⅱ)
    (Cp-Ae-Cp)MR1 aR2 bR2 b(Ⅲ)
    (식중, M은 Ti, V, Zr 또는 Hf이고; Cp및 CP는 동일 또는 상이하고, 치환된 것을 포함하는 시클로펜타디에닐기이며; 상기 시클로펜타디에닐기상의 2개 이상의 치환체는 탄소수 4~6의 1개 이상의 고리를 형성할 수 있고; R1,R2및 R3은 동일 또는 상이하며, 수소, 할로겐, 탄소수 1~20의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기, 아릴기, 탄소수 6~20의 알카릴기 또는 아랄킬기, 탄소수 1~20의 아실옥시기, 알릴기, 규소원자를 함유하는 치환기이고; A는 알케닐 다리 결합이거나 하기 구조에서 선택된 구조를 가지는 것이며 :

  18. 제 1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성분과 트리알킬-알루미늄(식중, 알킬기는 탄소수 1~12이다) 및 반복 단위 -(R4)AlO- 식중, R4는 탄소수 1~6의 알킬기 또는 시클로알킬 또는 탄소수 6~10의 아릴기이다)를 함유하며, 이 반복 단위 2~50개를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 시클릭 알루목산 화합물로부터 선택된 알킬 알루미늄 화합물의 반응 생성물임을 특징으로 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 알킬-알루미늄 화합물이 트리알킬-알루미늄 및 알루목산의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  20. 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 알루목산이 폴리메틸-알루목산임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  21. 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 트리알킬-알루미늄 화합물을 트리알킬-알루미늄의 1몰당 0.5~0.01몰의 몰과 반응시키고, 전이 금속 M이 화합물을 하기로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 :
