Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 공기조화장치에 관한 것으로, 차량내부를 일정영역(Zone)으로 구획하고, 상기 영역만을 선택적으로 냉,난방시킴으로서 불필요한 공간의 냉,난방을 방지하고, 신속하게 설정온도에 도달할 수 있도록 함으로서 냉,난방 열손실을 최소화하도록 개선된 에어커튼(Air Curtain)을 이용한 차량 자동 온도 조절 시스템에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 차량 내부로 일정온도의 공기를 공급하는 급기수단을 갖추고, 상기 급기 수단에 연결되어 차량 내부 공간에 에어 커튼을 형성시키는 다수개의 에어분사노즐과 흡기노즐을 갖는 에어 커튼 형성수단을 갖추며, 상기 에어커튼 형성수단으로부터 공기를 배출하는 배기수단을 갖추고, 상기 구성수단들을 조작자의 입력신호에 따라서 자동제어하는 콘트롤러(Controller)를 갖춘다. 본 발명에 의하면 차량의 냉,난방 열효율을 크게 개선할 수 있고, 쾌적한 실내분위기를 유지할 수 있는 효과가 얻어진다.

Description

에어커튼(Air Curtain)을 이용한 차량 자동온도 조절 시스템
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 에어 커튼을 이용한 차량 자동온도 조절시스템의 전체 구성도,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 차량자동온도 조절시스템의 작동상태도,
제3도는 본 발멸에 따른 차량자동온도 조절시스템에 갖춰진 에어 커튼 생성용 에어분사노즐과 흡기노즐의 상세도.

Claims (5)

  1. 일측에 공기흡기구(15)가 형성되고, 타측에는 다수개의 공기분지관(21)을 형성한 공기 유입덕트(12)를 갖추며, 상기 공기유입덕트(12)의 내부에는 제1송풍수단 (17)을 갖추어 일정온도의 공기를 제공하는 급기수단(10) ; 상기 급기수단(10)의 공기분지관(21)에 자동개폐밸브(V1)와 도관(21)을 통하여 각각 연결되고, 차량의 실내공간 천정에 장착되어 하부로 커튼형의 공기를 분사하는 에어분사노즐(A)과, 상기 에어분사노즐(A)에 대응하여 차량의 실내공간 바닥에 장착되어 상기 에어분사노즐(A)에서 분사된 공기를 흡입하는 다수개의 흡기노즐(S)을 갖춘 에어커튼 형성수단(30) ; 상기 에어커튼 형성수단(30)의 흡기노즐(S)에 각각 자동개폐 밸브(V2)와 도관(47)을 통하여 연결되는 공기 배출덕트(62)를 갖추고, 상기 공기 배출덕트(62)의 내부에는 제2송풍수단(65)을 갖추며, 상기 제2송풍수단(65)의 후류축 (Downstream)에 공기배출구(68)가 형성되는 배기수단(60) ; 조작자의 외부 입력 신호에 따라서 상기 급기수단(10) 에어커튼 형성수단(30) 및 배기수단(60)을 자동재어하여 차량의 실내공간을 에어커튼으로서 일정영역으로 구획하는 콘트롤러 (Controller) (80) ; 를 포함하는 차량자동온도 조절 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급기수단(10)의 공기흡기구(15)는 외기가 직접 유입되는 제1유입구(16a)와, 냉,온기 유입도관(14a) (14b)을 통하여 공기 조화장치(100)에 연결된 제2 및 3유입구(16b) (16c)를 갖추고, 상기 제1,2 및 3유입구(16a) (16b) (16c)에는 각각 콘트롤러(80)에 의해서 자동제어되는 댐퍼(22a) (22b) (22c)가 장착됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 자동온도 조절 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기수단(60)은 공기 배출구(68)는 대기로 직접 공기를 배출하는 제1배기구(69a)와, 우회배관(71)을 통해서 급기수단(1O)으로 공기를 순환공급하는 제2배기구(69b)를 갖추며, 상기 제1 및 제2배기구(69a) (69b)를 선택적으로 개폐시키도록 콘트롤러(80)에 의해서 자동 제어되는 댐퍼(73)가 장착됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 자동온도 조절 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어커튼 형성수단(30)의 에어분사노즐(A)은 차량의 측면도어(D)에 인접한 상부 천정에 다수개가 장차된 측방 에어분사노즐(a1) (a2) (a3)(a4)을 갖추고, 운전석(I)과 조수석(Ⅱ)사이 및, 상기 운전석 (I)과 조수석 (Ⅱ)을 뒷자석 (Ⅲ)과 분리시키도록 상부 천정에 다수개가 장착된 중앙 에어분사노즐 (a5)(a6) (a7)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 차량 자동온도 조절 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어커튼 형성수단(30)의 흡기노즐(5)은 상기 에어분사노즐(A)에 대향하여 차량의 바닥에 장착된 다수개의 측방흡기노즐(S1) (S2) (S3) (S4)과, 다수개의 중앙 흡기노즐(S5) (S6) (S7)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 차량 자동온도 조절 시스템.
