Abstract

유리 지지체의 표면상에 은 피막을 형성하기 위한 방법이 기술된다. 본 방법은 유리 지지체의 표면의 활성용액과 접촉되는 활성화 단계, 상기 표면이 감응 용액과 접촉되는 감응 단계, 및 상기 표면이 은 공급원으로 이루어진 은 함유 용액과 접촉되어 은 피막을 형성하는 후속 은피복 단계로 구성된다. 본 방법은 상기 활성용액이 하나 이상의 비스무트(Ⅲ), 크롬(Ⅱ), 금(Ⅲ), 인듐(Ⅲ), 니켈(Ⅱ), 팔라듐(Ⅱ), 백금(Ⅱ), 로듐(Ⅲ), 루테늄(Ⅲ), 티탄(Ⅲ), 바나듐(Ⅲ) 및 아연(Ⅱ) 이온들로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (15)

  1. 유리 지지체의 표면을 활성 용액과 접촉시키는 활성화 단계, 상기 표면을 감응 용액과 접촉시키는 감응 단계, 및 상기 표면을 은 공급원으로 이루어진 은 함유 용액과 접촉시켜 은 피막을 형성하는 후속 은 피복 단계로 구성된 상기 표면상에 은 피막을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 활성 용액이 하나 이상의 비스무트(Ⅲ), 크롬(Ⅱ), 금(Ⅲ), 인듐(Ⅲ), 니켈(Ⅱ), 팔라듐(Ⅱ), 백금(Ⅱ), 로듐(Ⅲ), 루테늄(Ⅲ), 티탄(Ⅲ), 바나듐(Ⅲ) 및 아연(Ⅱ) 이온들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감응 단계에서, 상기 표면을 염화 주석(Ⅱ)으로 구성된 감응 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 활성화 단계에 앞서 상기 감응 단계를 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 편형한 유리 시이트인 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 은 피복 단계에서 형성된 은층의 두께가 8nm 내지 30nm인 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 은피복 단계에서 형성된 은층의 두께가 70nm 내지 100nm인 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성 용액이 염화 팔라듐 수용액인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 염화 팔라듐 용액이 5 내지 135㎎/ℓ의 농도를 가지는 방법.
  9. 제7 또는 8항 있어서, 유리를 상기 지지체 표면의 제곱미터당 1 내지 23㎎ PdCl2와 접촉시키는 방법.
  10. 제7,8 또는 9항에 있어서, 유리를 상기 지지체 표면의 제곱미터당 5㎎ PdCl2와 접촉시키는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성 용액의 pH가 3.0 내지 5.0인 방법.
  12. 제1 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 은 피막을 후속하여 Cr(Ⅱ), V(Ⅱ 또는 Ⅲ), Ti(Ⅱ 또는 Ⅲ), Fe(Ⅱ), In(Ⅰ또는 Ⅱ), Sn(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅰ) 및 Al(Ⅲ)로 구성된 군중 하나 이상의 이온을 함유하는 용액과 접촉 시키는 방법.
  13. 제1 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 지지체 표면위에 형성된 은 피막을 갖는 유리 지지체.
  14. 구리 보호 층으로 덮지않은 은 피막을 포함하는 유리 지지체로 구성되고, 본원에 정의된 가속화된 노후 CASS 시험 및/또는 솔트 포그 시험에 적용시킨 후 d㎡당 10 이하의 흰색 반점의 평균수를 나타내는 거울.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 본원에 정의된 가속화된 노후 CASS 시험 및/또는 솔트 포그 시험에 적용시킨 후, d㎡당 5 이하의 흰색 반점의 평균수를 나타내는 거울.
