Abstract
본 발명의 신규 천이금속화합물은 하기식(I)으로 나타낸다.
상기 식중 M은 천이금속, R1은 탄소원자 2-6의 탄화수소기, R2는 탄소원자 6-16의 아릴기, X1과 X2는 할로겐원자 등 ; Y는 2가 탄화수소기, 2가 규소함유기 등이다.

- 하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 천이금속화합물 ;식중의 M은 주기율표 제 Ⅳa, Ⅴa, Ⅵa족의 천이금속이고, R1은 탄소원자 2~6의 탄화수소기이고, R2는 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있는 탄소원자 6-16의 아릴기, 수소원자, 탄소원자 1~20의 탄화수소기 또는 유기실릴기이고, X1및 X2는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자 1~20인 2가의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자 1~20인 2가의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 산소함유기 또는 황함유기이고, Y는 탄소 원자, 1~20인 2가의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자 1~20인 2가의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 2가의 규소함유기, 2가의 게르마늄함유기, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NR3-, -P(R3)-, -P(O)(R|3)-, -BR3- 또는 -AlR5-(R3는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자 1~20의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소원자 1~20의 할로겐화이다)이다.

- (A) 상기 제2항의 천이금속화합물촉매성분 ; (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄옥시화합물 (B-2) 천이금속화합물과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물로 된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물 및 (C) 유기알루미늄화합물로 된 올레핀중합용촉매.
- 미립자 상 담체 (A) 상기 제2항의 천이금속화합물촉매성분 ; (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄옥시화합물 (B-2) 천이금속화합물과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물로 된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물로 되고 상기 천이금속화합물촉매성분(A) 및 상기 적어도 1종의 화합물(B)이 미립자 상 담체에 담지된 올레핀중합용촉매.
- 미립자 상 담체 (A) 상기 제2항의 천이금속화합물촉매성분 ; (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄옥시화합물 (B-2) 천이금속화합물과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물로 된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물로 되고, 상기 천이금속화합물촉매성분(A) 및 상기 적어도 1종의 화합물(B)이 미립자 상 담체에 담지된 고체촉매성분과 (C) 유기알루미늄화합물로 된 올레핀중합용촉매.

- 미립자 상 담체 (A) 상기 제2항의 천이금속화합물촉매성분 ; (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄옥시화합물 (B-2) 천이금속화합물과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물로 된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물 (C) 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및 예비중합에 의해 제조된 예비중합올레핀중합체로 된 올레핀중합용촉매.
- 제3~제8항중의 어느 1항 기재의 올레핀중합용촉매의 존재하에서 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 올레핀중합방법.
- 제7 또는 제8항에서 기재의 올레핀중합촉매 및 유기알루미늄화합물 존재하에 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 올레핀중합방법.
- (A) 제2항에의 천이금속화합물촉매성분과, (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄옥시화합물과 (B-2) 천이금속화합물과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물로 된 군에서 선택된 1 이상의 화합물로 된 올레핀중합촉매의 존재하에서 프로필렌을 중합하여 얻은 프로필렌 단독 중합체.
- (A) 제2항의 천이금속화합물촉매성분과, (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄옥시화합물과 (B-2) 천이금속화합물과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물로 된 군에서 선택된 1 이상의 화합물로 된 올레핀중합촉매의 존재하에서 에틸렌과 탄소원자 4~20의 α-올레핀으로 된 군에서 선택된 α-올레핀과 프로필렌을 공중합하여 얻은 프로필렌단위를 50몰% 이상 함유하는 프로필렌 공중합체.
- 프로필렌중합체에 있어서, (i) 프로필렌단위쇄의 트리아드탁티시티가13C-NMR로 측정하여 99.0% 이상이고, (ⅱ) 전 프로필렌 삽입중의 프로필렌 단량체의 2,1삽입에 의거한 위치 불규칙단위의 비가13C-NMR로 측정하여 0.2% 이하이며, (ⅲ) 고유점도가 135℃ 데카히드로 나프탈렌 중에서 측정하여 0.1~20dl/g의 범위에 있는 특성을 갖는 프로필렌중합체.
- 프로필렌공중합체에 있어서, (i) 상기 공중합체는 50몰% 이하의 에틸렌 단위를 함유하고, (ⅱ) 두미결합으로 된 프로필렌단위쇄의 트리아드탁티시티가13C-NMR로 측정하여 98.0% 이상이고, (ⅱ) 전 프로필렌 삽입중의 프로필렌 단량체의 2,1-삽입에 의거한 위치 불규칙단위의 비가13C-NMR로 측정하여 0.2% 이하이고, (ⅳ) 고유점도가 135℃ 데카히드로 나프탈렌중에서 측정하여 0.1~20dl/g의 범위에 있는 특성을 갖는 프로필렌공중합체.
- 프로필렌공중합체에 있어서, (i) 상기 공중합체는 95~99.5몰%의 프로필렌 단위와 0.5~5몰%의 에틸렌 단위를 함유하고, (ⅱ) 두미결합으로 된 프로필렌단위쇄의 트리아드탁티시티가13C-NMR로 측정하여 95.0% 이상이고, (ⅲ) 전 프로필렌 삽입중의 프로필렌 단량체의 2,1-삽입에 의거한 위치 불규칙단위의 비가13C-NMR로 측정하여 0.05%~0.5%이고, (ⅳ) 고유점도가 135℃ 데카히드로 나프탈렌 중에서 측정하여 0.1~12dl/g의 범위에 있는 특성을 갖는 프로필렌공중합체.
- 프로필렌탄성중합체 있어서, (i) 상기 탄성중합체는 50~95몰%의 프로필렌 단위와 5~50몰%의 에틸렌 단위를 함유하고, (ⅱ) 두미결합으로 된 프로필렌단위쇄의 트리아드탁티시티가13C-NMR로 측정하여 90.0% 이상이고, (ⅲ) 전 프로필렌 삽입중의 프로필렌 단량체의 2,1-삽입에 의거한 위치 불규칙단위의 비가13C-NMR로 측정하여 0.05%~0.5%이고, (ⅳ) 고유점도가 135℃ 데카히드로 나프탈렌 중에서 측정하여 0.1~12dl/g의 범위에 있는 특성을 갖는 프로필렌탄성중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
