(1) 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 50∼95몰%와 1-부텐으로부터 유도된 단위 5∼50몰%를 함유하며, 13C-NMR스펙트럼(테트라메틸실란 기준한 헥사클로로부타디엔용액)으로 측정하여 90%이상의 트리아드태티시티(mm분률)을 가지며, (3) 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정하여 0.1∼12이/g의 극한점도를 가지며, (4) 3이하의 분자량분포(Mw/Mn)을 가지며, (5) 공중합 단량체 연쇄분포의 무작위를 나타내는 파라메터 B값이 1.0∼1.5 바람직하기로는 1.0∼1.3을 갖는다.
그밖에도 본 발명의 프로필렌 엘라스토머는, (6) 60∼140℃의 융점 (Tm)을 가지며, 엘라스토머내의 1-부텐성분단위함량 M(몰%)와 융점(Tm)은 =2.6M+130≤TM≤-2.3M+155 (7) X-레이 회절계로 측정한 엘라스토머의 결정화도(C)와 엘라스토머내의 1-부텐 성분단위함량 M(몰%)은 C≥-1.5M+75의 관계를 만족시키며, 이 프로필렌 엘라스토머는 강성, 내열성, 내긁힘성, 투명성, 열밀봉성 및 내블록킹성이 우수하며, 특정 천이금속 화합물 촉매를 사용하여 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 특성을 갖는 것이 특징인 프로필렌 엘라스토머 (1) 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 단위 50∼95몰%와 1-부텐으로부터 유도된 단위 5∼50몰%를 함유하며, (2) (i) 두미결합 프로필렌 단위 3연쇄 또는 (II) 두미결합 프로필렌 단위와 부텐단위로 되고, 제2단위째에 프로필렌 단위를 함유하는 프로필렌단위-부텐단위 3연쇄를 3연쇄중의 제2단위째의 측쇄메틸기에 대하여 13C-NMR스펙트럼(헥사클로로부타디엔용액, 테트라실란기준)으로 측정할 때 19.5∼21.9ppm의 영역에 보인 모든 피이크들의 총단면적을 100%로 기준하여 21.0∼21.9ppm의 영역에 보인 피이크의 면적이 90%이상이고, (3) 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정하여 0.1∼12이/g의 극한점도를 가지며, (4) 겔침투 크로마트그라피(GPC)로 측정하여 3이하의 분자량분포(Mw/Mn)을 가지며, (5) 공중합 단량체 연쇄분포의 무작위를 나타내는 파라메터 B값이 1.0∼1.5를 갖는다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성(5)에서 중공합 단량체 연쇄 분포의 무작위를 나타내는 파라메터 B값이 1.0-1.3이며, 상기 특성들(1)∼(5)이외에도 하기 특성 (6)시차 주사열량계로 측정하여 60∼140℃의 융점 (Tm)을 가지며, 엘라스토머내의 1-부텐성분 단위함량 M(몰%)와 융점(Tm)은 하기 관계를 만족시키며, -2.6M+130≤Tm≤-2.3M+155 (7) X-레이 회절계로 측정한 엘라스토머늬 결정화도 (C)와 엘라스토머내의 1-부텐 성분 단위함량 M(몰%)은 하기 관계를 만족시키는 C≥-1.5M+75 것이 특징인 프로필렌 엘라스토머.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌 엘라스토머는 하기 성분들로 구성된 올레핀 중합촉매의 존재하에서 프로필렌과 1-부텐을 공중합하여 얻어지는 것이 특징인 프로필렌 엘라스토머, [A] 하기식[I]으로 나타낸 천이금속화합물
    상기식중 M은 주기율표 IVa, Va 또는 VIa족 천이 금속이며, R1과 R2는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 실리콘함유기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기이고, R3는 탄소원자수 3∼20의 2급 또는 3급 알킬기 또는 방향족기, R4는 탄소원자수 1∼20의 알킬기 또는 수소원자, X1과 X2는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 탄화수소기, 또는 탄소원자수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 산소함유기 또는 황함유기, Y는 탄소원자수 1∼20의 2가 탄화수소기, 탄소원자 1∼20의 2가 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 2가 실리콘 함유기, 2가 게르마늄함유기, 2가 주석함유기, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NR5-, -P(R5)-, -P(O)(R5)-, -BR5-, 또는 -AIR5-(상기식중 R5는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소원자수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기)임, [B][B-1]유기알미늄옥시화합물 및/또는 [B-2] 천이금속화합물[A]과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물, 및 필요한 경우 [C] 유기알미늄화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 천이금속화합물[A]을 나타내는 식[I]에서 R1은 메틸기인 것이 특징인 플로필렌 엘라스토머.
  5. 하기 성분들로 구성된 올레핀 중합촉매의 존재하에서 프로필렌과 1-부텐을 공중합하여 얻어지는 50몰%이상의 프로필렌 단위를 함유하는 것이 특징인 프로필렌 엘라스토머.
    상기식중 M은 주기율표 IVa, Va 또는 VIa족 천이 금속이며, R1은 탄소원자수 2∼6의 탄화수소기, R3는 탄소원자수 6∼16의 아릴기이며, 이 아릴기는 할로겐원자 탄소원자수 1∼2-의 탄화수소기 또는 실릴기로 치환될 수 있고, X1과 X2는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 탄화수소기, 또는 탄소원자수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 산소함유기 또는 황함유기, Y는 탄소원자수 1∼20의 2가 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 2가 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 2가 실리콘 함유기, 2가 게르마늄함유기, 2가 주석함유기, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NR5-, -P(R5)-, -P(O)(R5)-, -BR5-, 또는 -AIR5-(상기식중 R5는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소원자수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기)임, [B][B-1] 유기알미뉴옥시화합물 및/또는 [B-2] 천이금속화합물[A]과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물.
