Abstract
본 발명의 폴리프로필렌 복합필름은 (A) 결정성 폴리프로필렌층과, (B) 결정성 폴리프로필렌층(A)의 적어도 한면상에 적층되는 프로필렌/1-부텐 랜덤공중합체층으로 구성되며, 상기 프로필렌-1-부텐랜덤공중합체(B)는 하기 특성들 즉, (1) 상기 공중합체는 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 구성단위 50∼95몰%와 1-부텐으로부터 유도된 구성단위 50∼5몰%로 구성되며; (2) 고유점도가 0.1∼5dl/g이며; (3)분자량분포(Mw/Mn) 값이 3이하이며; (4) 파라미터 B치가 1.0∼1.5이며, 상기 결정성 폴리프로필렌층(A)은 비연신, 일측연신 또는 2축배향된 결정성 폴리프로필렌층일 수 있다. 이 폴리프로필렌 복합필름은 저온가열밀봉성 및 가열밀봉강도와 같은 우수한 가열밀봉성과 열점착성을 가지며 또한 표면점착성이 거의 없으며 양호한 슬립성과 고온에서 고내블록킹성을 나타내도록 고속포장용으로 적합하다. 그외에도 복합 필름은 또한 양호한 투명성과 내긁힘성을 가지므로 식품표장, 충전포장, 및 섬유포장용으로 유리하게 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- (A) 결정성 폴리프로필렌층과, (B) 결정성 폴리프로피렌층(A)의 적어도 한면상에 적층된느 프로필렌/1-부텐 랜덤공중합체층으로 구성되며, 상기 플로필렌-1-부텐랜덤공중합체(B)는 하기 특성들 즉, (1) 상기 공중합체는 프로피렌으로부터 유도된 구성단위50∼95몰%와 1-부텐으로부터 유도된 구성단위50∼5몰%를 함유하며; (2) 135℃ 데카린중에서 측정한 고유점도가 0.1∼5dl/g의 범위이며: (3) 겔투과 크로마토그래피로 구한분자량분포(Mw/Mn)값이 3이하 이며; (4) 공중합된 단량체의 시켄스분포의 랜덤성을 표시하는 파라미터 B치가 1.0∼1.5인 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 복합필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 폴리프로필렌층(A)은 비연신, 일축연신 또는 2축배향된 결정성 폴리프로필렌층인 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 복합필름.
- 제1또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌/1-부텐랜덤 공중합체(B)의 공중합 된 단량체의 시켄스분포의 랜덤성을 표시하는 상기 파라미터 B치가 1.0∼1.3이고, 상기 공중합체가 하기 특성 즉, (5) 시차주사열량계로 측정한 융점 Tm이 60∼140℃의 범위이며, 융점 Tm과 1-부텐 구성단위함량 M(몰%)이 다음식을 만족시키며- 2.6M+130≤Tm≤-2.3M+155; (6)X-선 회절계로 측정한 결정화도 C와 1-부텐 구성단위함량 M(몰%)은 다음 식을 만족시킨다.C≥-1.5M+75을 갖는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 복합필름.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌/1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체(B)는, (a) 다음식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 천이 금속화합물:여기서 M은 주기율표 Ⅳb, Vb 또는 Ⅵb족 천이 금속이며, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 타소수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 규소함유기, 산소함유기 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기이며, R3는 탄소수 3∼20의 2급 또는 3급 알킬기 또는 방향족기이며, R4는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼20의 알킬기이며, X1및 X2는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1∼20의 탄화수소기, 탄소수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 산소함유기 또는 황함유기이며, Y는 탄소수 1∼20의 2가 탄화수소기, 탄소수1∼20의 2가 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 2가 규소함유기, 2가 게르마늄함유기, 2가 주석함유기, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NR5-,-P(R5)-, -P(O)(R5)-, BR5또는 -AIR5-(R5는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소수1∼20의 의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기임)임 (b)(b-1)유기알루미늄옥시화합물 및/또는 (b-2) 천이금속화합물(a)과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성할 수 있는 화합물; 및 선택적으로 (C)유기알루미늄화합물로 된 올레핀중합촉매의 존재하에서 프로필렌과 1-부텐을 공중합시켜 제조된 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 복합필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속하합물(a)을 나타내는 상기의 식(Ⅰ)에서 R1이 메틸인 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 복합필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
