Abstract

하기 성분 : (A)하기 특징을 갖는 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체 1 내지 99중량% : -[η]1dl/g, -규칙배열 한쌍(r)의 %-동일배열 한쌍(m)의 %〉0 -n≥2인 (CH2)n서열에 함유된 CH2기 2%미만, -베르누이어니티(Bernoullianity) 지수=1±0.2; 및 (B)식 CH2=CHR(식 중, R은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬기이다)의 α-올레핀에서 유래된 단위 0.1 내지 30몰%를 임의로 함유하는, 필수적으로 규칙배열 구조를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체 1 내지 99중량%를 함유한 열가소성 중합체 조성물이 개시되어 있다.
본 발명의 조성물은 양호한 탄성-기계적 특성을 가지며, 저온-열-실링 필름의 제조를 위해 적절하다.

Claims (14)

  1. (A)하기 특징을 갖는 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체 1 내지 99중량% : -[η]1dl/g, -규칙배열 한쌍(r)의 %-동일배열 한쌍(m)의 %〉0 -n≥2인 (CH2)n서열에 함유된 CH2기 2%미만, -베르누이어니티(Bernoullianity) 지수=1±0.2; 및 (B)식 CH2=CHR(식 중, R은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬기이다)의 α-올레핀에서 유래된 단위 0.1 내지 30몰%를 임의로 함유하는, 필수적으로 규칙배열 구조를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체 1 내지 99중량%를 함유한 열가소성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)/(B)의 양의 중량비가 30:70 내지 70:30인 열가소성 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체가 약 10J/g미만의 용융 엔탈피 값(△Ht)을 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체가 1.3 내지 2dl/g의 고유 점도 값[η]을 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체가 규칙배열 한쌍(r)의 %-동일배열 한쌍(m)의 % 〉>5를 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체가 n≥2인 (CH2)n서열에 함유된 1%미만의 CH2기를 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체가 0.9 내지 1.1범위내의 베르누이어니티 지수를 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비결정질 프로필렌 중합체가 3미만의 비율 Mw/Mn값을 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 하기 특징: -110 내지 140℃의 융점: -20 내지 50J/g의 결정화 열: -[η]1dl/g을 나타내고 필수적으로 규칙배열 구조를 갖는 프로필렌 단독중합체인 열가소성 조성물
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 하기 특징 : -110 내지 140℃의 융점; -25℃에서 크실렌중에 가용성인 10%미만의 분획; -[η]1dl/g을 나타내고 필수적으로 규칙배열 구조를 갖는 프로필렌 공중합체인 열가소성 조성물.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필수적으로 규칙배열 구조를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체가 1.3 내지 2dl/g의 고유 점도[η]값을 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 조성물로 부터 수득가능한 제품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 성형 공정에 의해 수득되는 제품.
  14. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 조성물로 부터 수득가능한 저온-열-실링 필름.
