Abstract

본 발명은 좁은 분자량 분포 및 조성 분포를 갖는 제1중합체 및 넓은 분자량 분포 및 조성 분포를 갖는 제2중합체를 갖는 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 열밀봉 제품 및 열밀봉성 필름에 관한 것이다. 상기 제품 및 필름은 현저하게 개선된 물성, 매우 낮은 열밀봉 개시 온도, 높은 밀봉 강도 및 높은 열점착성을 가지므로 개선된 가공성 및 상업적 열밀봉 장치에서 더 빠른 공정 속도를 제공한다.

열 밀봉성 필름 및 그로부터 제조된 제품(HEAT SEALABLE FILMS AND ARTICLES MADE THEREFROM)

제1도는 종래 기술의 LLDPE의 넓은 분자량 분포 및 넓은 조성 분포를 나타낸다, 제2도는 본 발명에 사용되는 예시적 블렌드 성분의 좁은 분자량 분포 및 좁은 조성 분포를 나타낸다, 제3도는 종래 기술의 폴리에틸렌으로부터 제조된 필름과 본 발명에 따라 제조된 필름의 밀봉 강도 및 밀봉 온도간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다, 제4도는 종래의 폴리에틸렌으로부터 제조된 필름의 밀봉 강도 및 밀봉 온도 사이의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다, 제5도는 종래의 폴리에틸렌으로부터 제조된 필름에 대한 본 발명에 따라 제조된 필름의 밀봉 강도 및 밀봉 온도 사이의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 3 미만의 분자량 분포 및/또는 50%보다 큰 조성 분포 너비 지수를 갖는 제1중합체 하나 이상을 포함하는 제1성분 40 내지 99중량%; 및 3보다 큰 분포 및 50%미만의 조성 분포 너비 지수를 갖는 제2중합체 하나 이상을 포함하는 제2성분 1 내지 60중량%를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1중합체가 60%보다 큰, 바람직하게는 70%보다 큰 조성 분포 너비 지수를 갖는 중합체 블렌드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분을 60 내지 99중량%, 바람직하게는 60 내지 99중량% 포함하는 중합체 블렌드.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1중합체가 약 0.875g/㎤ 내지 약 0.96g/㎤, 바람직하게는 0.88g/㎤ 내지 약 0.94g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 중합체 블렌드.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1중합체가 에틸렌 공중합체인 중합체 블렌드.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2중합체가 LLDPE이거나 LDPE, HDPE, PP 등으로 이루어진 그룹의 일원과 LLDPE와의 블렌드인 중합체 블렌드.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 밀봉층으로 사용될 경우, 100℃ 미만의 밀봉 개시 온도 및/또는 120℃ 미만의 고평부개시 온도(plateau on-set temperature)를 갖는 필름.
  9. 제7항 및 제8항에 있어서, 약 95℃의 밀봉온도에서 약 3N/㎝보다 큰 실온 밀봉 강도를 갖고/갖거나 약 100℃의 밀봉온도에서 약 5N/㎝보다 큰 실온 밀봉 강도를 갖는 필름.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항의 중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 열밀봉성 필름.
