Abstract

본 발명은 용융유동속도 MFR(230/5)이 5dg/min미만이고 분자량 분포도 Mw/Mn 6 내지 20의 범위인, 에티렌 단위와 프로필렌 단위를 포함하는 고분자량 공중합체(여기서, 에틸렌 함량은 1 내지 10중량%이다)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 중합이 2개의 반응 단계로 수행되고, 제1단계에서의 현탁 매질이 동시에 단량체이기도하며, 총 중합체의 20 내지 80%를 구성하는 점도가 500 내지 1400ml/g인 폴리프로필렌이 제1반응 단계에서 제조됨을 포함하여, 촉매, 오가노알루미늄 화합물(B) 및 오가노실리콘 화합물(C)의 존재하에서 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이기도 한다.

Claims (15)

  1. 용융유동속도 MFR(230/5)이 5dg/min 미만이고 분자량 분포도 Mw/Mn이 6 내지 20의 범위인, 에틸렌 단위와 프로필렌 단위를 포함하는 고분자량 공중합체(여기서, 에틸렌 함량은 1 내지 10중량%의 범위이다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, MFR(230/5)이 0.02 내지 2dg/min의 범위이고, 분자량 분포도 Mw/Mn이 7 내지 18의 범위이며 에틸렌 단위를 2 내지 8중량% 함유하는 공중합체.
  3. 촉매, 오가노알루미늄 화합물(B) 및 오가노실리콘 화합물(C)의 존재하에, 프로필렌과 에틸렌을, 경우에 따라, 추가로 탄소수 4 내지 20의 1-올레핀과 함께, 30 내지 150℃의 온도, 10 내지 100bar의 압력 및 30분 내지 6시간의 체류 시간하에서 현탁 공중합시킴으로써 제1항에 따르는 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중합을 2개의 반응 단계로 수행하고, 제1단계에서의 현탁 매질이 단량체인 동시에 현탁 매질로서 작용하며, 총 중합체의 20 내지 80%를 구성하는, 점도가 500 내지 1400ml/g인 폴리프로필렌이 제1반응 단계에서 제조되고, 제2반응 단계 후의 총 중합체의 점도가 400 내지 700ml/g이며 다분산도 Mw/Mn이 6내지 20임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 총 중합체의 45 내지 75중량%를 구성하는 폴리프로필렌이 제1반응 단계에서 제조되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 총 중합체의 55 내지 25중량%, 바람직하게는 52 내지 35중량% 구성하는, 점도가 200 내지 400ml/g인 저분자량 폴리프로필렌이 제2반응 단계에서 제조되는 방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비 중합 전에 성분 B와 성분 C를 서로 혼합한 다음 촉매와 접촉시키고, 프로필렌을 상기한 활성 성분들의 존재하에 4 내지 10분의 체류 시간 및 10 내지 25℃의 온도 범위에서 예비 중합시킴으로써 예비 중합이 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제3항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1반응 단계에서의 중합이 55 내지 100℃의 온도 및 0.5내지 3.5시간의 체류 시간에서 액체 프로필렌 속에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제3항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 1kg당 액체 프로필렌 2.5 내지 4ℓ인 상 비율이 제1반응 단계에서 설정되는 방법.
  9. 제3항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 향에 있어서, 액체 상에서의 에틸렌 농도가 제1반응 단계에서 0.1 내지 20중량%로 설정되는 방법.
  10. 제3항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2반응 단계에서의 중합이 55 내지 100℃의 온도 범위에서 수행되고, 폴리프로필렌 1kg당 액체 프로필렌 1 내지 2.5ℓ인 상 비율이 설정되는 방법.
  11. 제3항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상이한 상 비율이 제1반응 단계와 제2반응 단계에서 설정 되는 방법.
  12. 제3항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 트리메틸알루미늄, 트리이소부틸알루미늄 또는 트리에틸알루미늄 방법.
  13. 제3항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 사이클로헥실메틸디메톡시실란, 비스사이클로펜틸디메톡시실란 또는 디페닐디메톡시실란인 방법.
  14. 제3항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에있어서, 성분(B)가 0.001 내지 10mmol/ℓ, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5mmol/ℓ의 농도로 사용되는 방법.
  15. 제3항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 성분(B)에 대해 비율 R〔여기서, 비율 R은 농도 B(mol/ℓ)의 지수로부터 계산한다〕로 사용되고, R이 1 내지 200, 바람직하게는 2 내지 100, 특히 바람직하게는 2.5 내지 75의 범위인 방법.
