Abstract

입자 크기가 5㎛이며 가로세로비가 50∼5000인 무기 박층 화합물 및 수지를 함유하는 기체 차단성 및 습윤 차단선이 우수한 기체 차단성 수지조성물 및 이의 필름, 상기 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름은 무기 박층 화합물이 용매로 팽윤 또는 균열된 상태로 수지 또는 수지용액에 무기 박층 화합물을 분산시키고, 이 상태를 유지하면서 필요하다면 필름형태의 분산액으로부터 용매를 제거함으로써 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 입자 크기가 5㎛이하이고 가로세로비가 50∼5000인 무기 박층 화합물과 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 박층 화합물이 용매로 팽윤되거나 균열되는 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 박층 화합물이 팽윤성을 갖는 점토 미네랄인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 박층 화합물의 가로세로비가 200∼3000인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지에 대한 무기 박층 화합물의 부피비가 5/95∼90/10인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지가 수소 결합이 높은 수지인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수지의 단위 중량 당 수소 결합기 또는 이온기의 중량 퍼센트가 30∼50%인 수지 조성물 또는 필름.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 수소 결합이 높은 수지가 폴리비닐 알콜 또는 다당류인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 수지-결합 수지의 수소 결합기에 대한 가교 결합제를 추가로 함유하는 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 가교 결합제가 지르코니아 화합물인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  11. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 31℃ 및 61%RH에서 두께 1㎛당 산소-투과성이 2㏄/㎡/일/atm이하인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  12. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 31℃ 및 61%RH에서 두께 1㎛당 산소-투과성이 0.2㏄/㎡/일/atm이하인 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름.
  13. 무기 박층 화합물이 용매로 팽윤 또는 균열되는 상태로 무기 박층 화합물을 수지 또는 수지 용액에 분산시키고, 이 상태를 유지하면서 필요하다면, 필름 형태의 분산액으로 부터 용매를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 용매를 제거한 후 110∼220℃에서 수지 조성물 또는 필름에 열 숙성을 행하는 제조방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 용매를 제거한 후 110∼220℃에서 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 수지 조성물 또는 그의 필름에 열 숙성을 행하는 제조방법.
  16. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 필름층을 갖는 적층물 또는 적층 필름.
  17. 2축 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름, 2축 연신 나일론 필름 및 2축 연신 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 층 및 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 필름층을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 또는 적층물 또는 적층 필름.
