Abstract
폴리에틸렌 등의 기재 필름의 적어도 한쪽 면을 규소 산화물 등의 무기물층과, 실란 커플링제 및 차단성 수지(염화 비닐리덴계 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 등)를 포함하는 코팅층으로 순차 피복하여 차단성 복함 필름을 수득한다.
실란 커플링제의 첨가량은 차단성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.05 내지 10중량부 정도이다. 상기 고팅층 또는 기재 필름의 다른쪽 면에는 열 봉합층을 형성하여도 좋다.
이와 같은 차단성 복합 필름은 투명성이 높고, 피복층이 얇아도 높은 차단성 및 도막의 밀착성을 장기간에 걸쳐 유지할 수 있다. 차단성 필름에 기계적 외력이 작용하거나 고온 고습하에서 보존하여도 차단성 및 도막의 밀착성 저하를 억제할 수 있다.

Claims (25)
- 기재 필름층의 적어도 한쪽 면이, 무기질 박막층을 사이에 두고 실란 커플링제를 포함하는 차단성 수지층으로 피복되어 있는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재 필름층이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리아미드로 구성되어 있는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기질층이 투명성을 갖는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기질총이 주기율효 2A족 원소, 전이원소, 2B족 원소, 3B족 원소, 4B족 원소 및 6B족 원소로부터 선택된 적어도 1개의 금속 산화물로 구성되어 있는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기질층이 주기율표 3B족 원소 또는 4B족 원소의 산화물로 구성되어 있는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기질층이 규소 산화물로 구성되어 있는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기질층의 두께가 100 내지 5,000A인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단성 수지 코팅층이 염화비닐린덴계 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-비닐-알콜 공중합체를 포함하는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 차단성 수지 코팅층이 염화비닐리덴-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 염화비닐리덴-메타크릴산 공중합체, 염화비닐리덴-아크릴레이트 공중합체, 염화비 닐리덴-메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 염화비닐리덴-아세트산비닐 공중합체, 및 에틸렌 함량 5 내지 50몰%의 용매 가용성 또는 분산성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 차단성 수지를 포함하는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제가 할로겐 원자, 에폭시기, 아미노기, 히드록실기, 머캅토기, 비닐기, (메타)아크릴로일기로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 관능기와 알콕시기를 갖는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커믈링제가 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 화합물인 차단성 복합 필름.Y-(R)n-SiX3상기 식에서, Y는 할로겐 윈자, 에폭시기, 아미노기, 머카1토기, 비닐기, (메타)아클리로일기로부터 선책된 1종의 관능기이고, R은 탄화수기이며, X는 동일하거나 상이한 알콕시기이고, n은 0 또는 1이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, R로 표시되는 탄화수소 잔기가, C1~4알킬렌기 또는 2중 결합이 에폭시화된 C5~8시클로알켄 -C1~4알킬 잔기이고, X는 동일하거나 상이한 메톡시기 또는 에톡시기인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제11항에 있어서, Y가 비닐기일 때, n이 0인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제의 비율이 차단성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.05 내지 10중량부인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제의 비율이 차단성 수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 7중량부인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단성 수지 코팅층의 두께가 0.05 내지 15㎛인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기질층의 두께 t(㎛)에 대한 차단성 수지 코팅층의 두께 T(㎛)의 비을 T/t가 0.1 내지 1,500인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기질층의 두께 t(㎛)에 대한 차단성 수지 코팅층의 두께 T(㎛)의 비율 T/t가 0.5 내지 500인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리아미드로 구성된 기재 필름층의 적어도 한쪽 면에, 조성식 SiOx(식 중, 0<x≤2)로 표시되는 규소 산화물로 구성되고, 또한 두께 100 내지 5,000A인 투명성을 갖는 무기질층과, 실란 커플링제와 염화비닐리덴계 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체를 포함하는 차단성 수지 코팅층이 이러한 순서대로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 무기질층의 두께 t(㎛)에 대한 차단성 수지 코팅층의 두께 T(㎛)의 비율 T/t가 1 내지 200인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리아미드로 구성된 기재 필름층의 적어도 한쪽 면에 비전도성 무기물로 구성되며, 두께가 200 내지 3,000A인 무기필층 및 두께 0.1 내지 10㎛의 차단성 수지 고팅층이 형성되어 있는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 기재 필름층의 적어도 한쪽 면에 무기 산화물 박막층이 형성되어 있고, 이 박막층상에 차단성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 코팅층이 형성된 차단성 복합 필름으로서, 온도 40℃, 상대습도 90%에서 1주간 보존한 후의 기재 필름층에 대한 코팅층의 박리 강도가 100g/15㎜ 이상인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제21항에 있어서, 기재 필름층의 두께가 10 내지 30㎛, 무기질층 및 코팅층으로 구성된 피복층의 두께가 0.5 내지 5㎛일 때, 온도 25℃에서 산소 가스 투과율이 5cc/㎡ㆍ24시간 이하, 온도 40℃ 및 90% 상태 습도에서의 수중기 투과율이 5g/㎡·24시간 이하인 차단성 복합 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재 필름층의 다른쪽 면 또는 차단성 수지 코팅층이 열봉합층으로 피복되어 있는 차단성 복합 필름.
- 기재 필름의 적어도 한쪽 면에, 무기질 박막층을 형성시킨 다음, 이 무기질층 상에 실란 커플링제와 차단성 수지를 함유하는 도포액을 도포하는 것으로 이루어진 차단성 복합필름의 제조 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 코팅층 또는 기재 필름의 다른쪽 면에, 두께 3 내지 100㎛의 열 봉합층을 형성시키는 것인 차단성 복합 필름의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
