Abstract

이소부틸렌 또는 티셜리 부탄올로부터 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산을 제조하기 위한 기계적 강도가 우수한 성형촉매 또는 담비촉매를 제공하기 위하여 몰리부덴, 비스무트, 철을 포함한 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매의 표면을 해중합성이 높은 유기고분자화합물로 코팅한다.
사용할때는 촉매를 반응기에 충진시킨 후 가열하여 유기고분자화합물을 해중합시켜 제거한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 이소부틸렌 또는 티셜리 부탄올을 분자상 산소와 기상접촉산화시켜 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산을 합성하기 위한 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매에 있어서, 촉매의 적어도 일부의 표면이 해중합성이 높은 유기고분자 화합물롤 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산 합성용 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기고분자화합물을 진공중에서 열분해시킬 때 반감온도가 400℃미만이고 단량체 수율이 30% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인 및 메티크릴산 합성용 성형촉매 및 담지촉매.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 이TDj서, 코팅된 유기고분자화합물의 야이 성형촉매 또는 담지 촉매에 대하여 0.1~40중량%의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산 합성용 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매.
  4. 이소부틸렌 또는 티셜리 부탄올을 분자상 산소와 기상접촉산화시켜 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산을 합성하기 위한 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매의 표면을 유기고분자화합물로 코팅시킬 때 고분자화합물을 용매에 용해시킨 용액을 분무하여 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매에 부착시키거나 용액에 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매를 침지시켜 부착시킨 후 용매를 기화중발시킴을 특징으로 하는 적어도 표면의 일부가 유기고분자화합물로 코팅된 성형 촉매 또는 담지촉매의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매가 일반식 MoaBibFecAdXeYfZgOh로표현되는 조성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 하는 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산 합성용 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매.
  6. (식중에서, Mo, Bi, Fe 및 O는 각각 몰리부덴, 비스무트, 철 및 산소를 표시하고, A는 니켈 및/또는 코발트, X는 마그네슘, 아연, 망간, 주석 및 납으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소, Y는 인, 붕소, 황, 텔루륨, 실리콘, 셀레늄, 게르마늄, 텅스텐 및 안티몬으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소, Z는 칼륨, 나트륨, 세슘, 루비듐 및 탈륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고 a, b, c, d, e, f 및 g는 각원소의 원자비를 표시하는데 a=12일 때, 0.1≤b≤5, 0.1≤c≤5, 1≤d≤12, 0≤e≤5, 0≤f≤5, 0.01≤g≤3이고 h는 상기 각성분의 원자가를 만족시키는데 필요한 산소원자의 수이다.)
  7. 적오도 몰리부덴, 비스무트, 철을 함유한 성형촉매 또는 담지촉매의 적어도 일부의 표면이 그 촉매에 대하여 0.1~40중량%의 해중합성이 높은 유기고분자화합물로 코팅된 촉매를 반응기에 충진시키고 반응개시전에 유기고분자화합물을 해중합에 의해 제거시킨 촉매를 사용하여 이소부틸렌 또는 터셜리 부탄올을 분자상 산소와 기상접촉산화시킨 메타크롤레인 및 메타크릴산의 합성방법.
