Abstract

본 발명은 촉매 활성성분을 담체에 담지시킨 후, 이것을 소성시켜 얻어지는 촉매로서, 그 촉매의 평균 입자지름이 4∼16mm, 담체의 평균 입자 지름이 3∼12mm, 소성 온도가 500∼600℃, 담체에서의 촉매 활성성분의 담지량이 5∼80중량%(촉매 활성성분의 중량/(촉매 활성성분의 중량+담체의 중량+강도 향상제의 중량))임을 특징으로 하는 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 산 제조용의 촉매 및 그 촉매를 사용하는 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 산의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 촉매 활성성분을 담체에 담지시킨 후, 이것을 소성시켜 얻어지는 촉매로서, 그 촉매의 평균 입자 지름이 4∼16mm, 담체의 편균 입자 지름이 3∼12mm, 소성 온도가 500∼600℃, 담체에의 촉매 활성성분의 담지량이 5∼80중량%(촉매 활성성분의 중량/(촉매 활성성분의 중량+담체의 중량+강도 향상제의 중량))임을 특징으로 하는 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 산 제조용의 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 활성성분의 조성이 하기 일반식(I)인 촉매

    상기 식 중, Y는 주석, 아연, 텅스텐, 크롬, 망간, 마그네슘, 안티몬 및 티탄 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고;Z는 칼륨, 부비듐, 탈륨 및 세슘 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내며;a, b, c, d, f, g, h 및 x는 몰리브덴, 비스무트, 니켈, 코발트, 철, Y, Z 및 산소의 원자수를 각각 나타내고, a=12, b=0.1∼7, c+d=0.5∼20, f=0.5∼8, g=0∼2, h=0∼1을 나타내며, x는 각 원소의 산화 상태에 의해 결정되는 값이다.
  3. 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌, 또는 3급 부탄올 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 분자상 산소 또는 분자상 산소 함유 가스로 기상 접촉 산화시켜, 각각에 대응하는 불포환 알데히드 및 불포화 산을 제조할 때에, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 산의 제조 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1항 또는 2항에 따르는 촉매를 고정상 다관형 반응기의 반응관내에 단층 충전함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
