Claims (3)

  1. 고정층 다중관 반응 장치를 사용하여, 분자 산소 또는 분자 산소-함유 기체로 기체상에서 프로필렌, 또는 이소부틸렌, t-부틸 알코올 및 메틸-t-부틸 에테르에서 선택한 하나 이상의 화합물을 촉매적으로 산화함으로써 불포화알데히드 및 불포화산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 하기식(Ⅰ)로 나타내며, 점유 부피가 다른 복합산화물의 다수가 촉매로서 사용되고 :
    MoaWbBicFedAeBfCgDhOx ……(Ⅰ)
    〔식중, Mo는 몰리브데늄; W는 텅스텐; Bi는 비스무트; Fe는 철; A는 코발트 및 니켈에서 선택한 하나 이상의 원소; B는 알칼리 금속 알칼리 토류 금속 및 탈륨에서 선택한 하나 이상의 원소; C는 인, 텔루륨, 비소, 붕소, 니오븀, 안티오니, 주석, 납, 망간, 세륨 및 아연에서 선택한 하나 이상의 원소; D는 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄 및 지르코늄에서 선택한 하나 이상의 원소 O는 산소; a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h 및 x는 Mo, W, Bi, Fe, A, B, C, D 및 O의 원자수를 나타내며, 단 a=2 내지 12, b=0 내지 10, a+b=12 일때, c=0.1 내지 10, e=2 내지 20, f=0.005 내지 3, g=0 내지 4, h=0.5 내지 30이고, X는 원소의 산화 상태에 의해 결정된 값이다〕. (b) 다수의 반응 지역을 고정층 다중관 반응장치의 각 반응 관에 축방향을 따라 제공하며; (c) 점유부피가 다른 다수의 촉매를 점유 부피가 저하되도록 출발 기체 입구쪽에서 출구쪽까지 다수의 반응 지역에 충전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프로필렌을 기체상에서 촉매적으로 산화시켜 아크롤레인 및 아크릴 산을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이소부틸렌, t-부틸 알코올 및 메틸-t-부틸 에테르에서 선택한 하나 이상의 화합물을 기체상에서 촉매적으로 산화시켜, 메타크롤레인 또는 산을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
