제1도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 중합체[Ⅰ]의 제조방법의 공정 설명도.
Claims (17)
- (ⅰ)α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체와, (ⅱ) 올레핀 중합체를 함유한, α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 공중합체(Ⅰ) 0.005∼99중량%와, 올레핀 중합체[Ⅱ]1∼99.995중량%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀/폴리엔 중합체 함유 중합체[Ⅰ]가, 상기α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체(ⅰ)0.001∼15중량%와, 상기 올레핀 중합체(ⅱ)99.999∼85중량%로 구성된 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 중합체인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에있어서, 상기 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 중합체[Ⅰ]가, [A]천이금속 화합물 촉매성분과 [B]주기표 Ⅰ∼Ⅲ족의 금속들로부터 선택한 금속을 함유한 유기금속 화합물 촉매성분을 함유한 촉매에, α-올레핀/폴리엔을 , 상기 천이금속 화합물 촉매성분 [A]1g당, 합계량으로 0.01∼2.000g을 공중합시켜 얻어진 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체(ⅰ)로 구성된 예비중합된 촉매에,올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시켜 올레핀중합체(ⅱ)를 제조함으로써 얻어진 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 중합체인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리엔 화합물이, 양말단에 올레핀성 2중 결합을 갖는 폴리엔 화합물인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리엔 화합물이, 양 말단에 올레핀성 2중 결합을 갖는 탄소수 7이상의 지방족 폴리엔 화합물 및/또는 지환식 폴리엔 화합물인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속 화합물 촉매성분[A], Ti, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ta,Cr 및 V 중에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 천이금속을 함유하는 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속 화합물 촉매성분[A]이, 티탄과 할로겐을 함유한 고체티타촉매성분인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 천이금속 화합물 촉매성분[A]이, 시클로펜타디에닐 골격을 갖는 리간드를 함유한 메틸로센 화합물인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- (ⅰ)α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 15∼99중량%와, (ⅱ)올레핀 중합체 85∼1중량%를 함유한, α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 공중합체[Ⅰ]0.005∼99중량%, 올레핀 중합체 [Ⅱ]99.995∼1∼중량%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 중합체[Ⅰ]가, [A]천이금속 화합물 촉매성분과, [B]주기표 Ⅰ∼Ⅲ족의 금속들로부터 선택한 금속을 함유한 유기금속 화합물 촉매성분을 함유한 촉매에, α-올레핀/폴리엔을, 상기 천이금속 화합물 촉매성분[A]1g당, 합계량으로 0.01∼2.000g을 공중합시켜 얻어진 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체(ⅰ)로 구성된 예비중합된 촉매에, 올레핀을 중합또는 공중합시켜 올레핀 중합체(ⅱ)를 제조함으로써 얻은 α-올레핀/폴리엔 공중합체 함유 중합체인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합체 제조물.
- 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합체 조성물로된 것이 특징인 진공성형품 또는 공기압 성형품.
- 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합체 조성물로된 것이 특징인 블로우 성형품.
- 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합체 조성물로된 것이 특징인 발포품.
- 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합체 조성물로된 것이 특징인 캘린더 성형품.
- 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합체 조성물로된 것이 특징인 팽창필름.
- 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합체 조성물로된 것이 특징인 압출성형품.
- 제1항 기재의 올레핀 중합체 조성물로된 것이 특징인 연신 성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
