Claims (10)

  1. 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합제 100중량부에 대하여, 연화점(환구법)이 160℃이상인 사이클로펜타디엔계 석유수지 3내지 40중량부를 배합한 조성물을 용융 혼련하여 암출성형하고, 이렇게 수득된 평면적 성형물을 적어도 한 방향으로 연신하여, 수득된 연신 성형물의 광택도가 30%이하의 치밀한 조면화 표면을 갖도록하여 이루어진 무광화된 연신 성헝물.
  2. 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합체 100중량부에 대하여, 연화점(환구법)이 160℃이상인 사이클로펜타디엔계 석유수지 3 내지 40중량부를 배합한 조성물을, 용융압출법으로 성형 하고 원반(原反)시트를 작성한후, 이 시트를 연화점(환구법)이 160℃이상인 사이클로펜타디엔계 석유 수지의 연화점이하의 연신온도에서, 적어도 한 방향으로 2배이상 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 성형물의 제조방법.
  3. 결정융점이 150℃이하인 결정성 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체에 대하여, 연화점(환구법)이 160℃이상인 수소화 사이클로펜타디엔계 수지 5 내지 40중량%를 배합한 조성물을 용융 혼련하여 압출성형하고, 평면적 성형물로 하여 이 압출성형물을 적어도 한 방향으로 연신하여 이루어지고, 그 밀도가0.85이하 및 100℃에서 열수축율이 10%이상임을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 결정성 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체는 프로필렌 성분을 70중량% 이상 함유하고, 멜트플로우 레이트(MFR)가 0.1 내지 10인 결정성 에틸렌프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체 및 이하 어느것이나 0.1 내지 10의 MFR를 갖는 결정성 프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 또는 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌-헥센-1 공중합체로부터 선택된 하나이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 수소화 사이클로펜타디엔계 수지가, 사이클로펜타디엔 또는 디사이클로펜타디엔의 중합체, 또는 사이클로펜타디엔 또는 디사이클로펜타디엔 및 방향족 탄화수소의 공중합체의 수소화물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체의 결정 융점과 수소화 사이클로펜타디엔계 수지의 연화점(환구법)의 차가 20℃이상인 공중합체 및 수소화 수지로 이루어진 조성물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물.
  7. 결정융점이 150℃이하의 결정성 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체에 대하여, 연화점(환구법)이 160℃이상인 수소화 사이클로펜타디엔계 수지를 3 내지 40중량% 배합한 조성물을, 용융압출법으로 압출성형하여 원반시트를 작성한후, 이 원반시트를 이 공중합체의 결정융점보다 10℃이상 낮은 온도에서 적어도 한 방향으로 3배이상 연신한 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 결정성 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체는 프로필렌 성분을 70중량%이상 함유하고, 멜트플로우레이트(MFR)가 0.1 내지 10인 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체 및 이하 어느것이나 0.1 내지 10의 MRF를 갖는 결정성 프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체, 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 또는 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌-헥센-1 공중합체로부터 선택된 하나이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 수소화 사이클로펜타디엔계 수지가, 사이클로펜타디엔 또는 디사이클로펜타디엔의 중합체, 또는 사이클로펜타디엔 또는 디사이클로펜타디엔 및 방향족 탄화수소의 공중합체의 수소화물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물의 제조방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체의 결정융점과 수소화 사이클 네타디엔계 수지의 연화점(환구법)의 차가 20℃이상인 공중합체 및 수소화 수지로 이루어진 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 발포 성형물의 제조방법.
