Claims (9)

  1. 비교적 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)이 큰 플라스틱을 용융상태에서 연속적인 중간 성형체로 전환시키고, 이 중간 성형체를 배향되지 않은 플라스틱의 용융온도(Tm)와 다소 높은 온도(Tc) 사이의 온도에서 연신시키는데 있어서 그 연신율을 한편으로는 보다 낮지만(Ve) 보통의 조건하에서 체인분자의 이완율보다 높고, 다른 한편으로는 보다 높지만 보통의 조건하에서 용융물이 탄성의 양상을 나타내기 시작할 정도로 높지는 않은 그러한 범위로 하고, 이어서 연신된 중간 성형체가 스트레스를 받는 상태에서 이것을 급속하게 냉각시켜 연속적인 성형체를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 쉬쉬 케밥 형상을 가지고 있는 플라스틱 연속 성형체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱이 Mw가 400,000-1,500,00g/mol인 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱이 Mw가 500,000-1,200,00g/mol인 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱이 Mw가 800,000-1,000,00g/mol인 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 130-160℃에서 연신이 일어나는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연신율이 0.1-10sec-1인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연신율이 0.5-5sec-1인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  8. 압출기와 다운 스트림 연신장치로 구성되어 있으며 연신장치는 하나 이상의 공급롤과 운반롤 및 이들 롤 사이에 존재하는 가열 오븐으로 구성되어 있는 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 플라스틱 연속 성형체의 제조장치에 있어서, 압출기와 하나 또는 그 이상의 공급롤 사이에 냉각장치가 놓이고 하나의 공급롤이 가열롤로도 작용하며 가열 오븐과 공급롤 사이에 연신되는 성형체를 급속하게 냉각시키기 위한 장치가 놓이는 것을 특징으로하는 플라스틱 연속 성형체의 제조장치.
