Abstract

본 발명은 충전제로서 활석 및/또는 운모 및/또는 내열성 폴리이미드 및 탄산칼슘을 포함하며, 최소한 10cN/tex의 신장강도를 가지는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)으로 제조되는 단일축으로 신장된 성형물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 성형물은 충전제로서 탄산칼슘을 포함하는 경우, 치과용 플로스 형태로 형성된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 충전제로서 활석 및/또는 운모 및/또는 내열성 폴리이미드 및 탄산칼슘을 포함하며, 최소한 10 cN/tex의 신장강도를 가지는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)으로 제조되는 단일축으로 신장된 성형물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 40중량% 이하의 충전제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일축 성형물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 충전제로서 20 내지 30중량%의 활석 및/또는 운모 및/또는 내열성 폴리이미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일축 성형물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 충전제로서 최소한 5중량%의 탄산칼슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 30%이하의 신장율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 충전제로서 탄산칼슘만을 포함하며, 치과용 플로스 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 15중량%의 탄산칼슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
  8. a) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 분말을 활석 및/또는 운모 및/또는 내열성 폴리이미드 및/또는 탄산칼슘 및 탄화수소와 혼합하는 단계, b) 얻어진 혼합물을 예비 성형물을 형성하고 탄화수소를 제거하는 단계, c) 탄화수소를 제거한 예비 성형물을 소결시키고, 소결상태에서 계속적으로 신장시키는 단계들을 조합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 성형물 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 충전제가 성형물에서 40중랑%를 초과하지 않도록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 예비 성형물을 소결시키기 위하여 최소한 327℃, 바람직하게는 380 내지 400℃의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소결된 예비 성형물이 1 : 5 내지 1 : 20, 바람직하게는 1 : 5 내지 1 : 15의 비율로 신장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제8항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비 성형물이 소결되고 신장된 이후에 테이프로 절삭된 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 소결되고 신장된 테이프가 섬유성 연축 치료에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
