Claims (7)

  1. 하기 일반식(1)의 폴리아미드 섬유로 만들어지며, 적어도 1.30g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 난연, 내열성 성형품;
    상기 식에서, n은 1로다 큰 정수이고 A는
    으로부터 선택된 4가 방향족 그룹(식중, X는 CO, CH2, O, S 또는 CF2임)을 나타내며, R은
    으로부터 선택된 2가 방향족 그룹중 적어도 하나를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1㎜내지 6㎜의 균일한 두께를 갖는 시이트 형태의 성형품.
  3. 제1내지 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기의 부가 특성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 성형품; -50내지 200N/㎟의 인장 강도 -160N/㎟이하의 만곡 강도 및 -3200N/㎟이하의 탄성 계수.
  4. 가공하기 쉬운 시이트-형태 구조의 하기 일반식(1)의 폴리아미드 섬유를 280℃내지 360℃바람직하게는 310℃내지 360℃범위의 유리 전이 온도로 가열하고, 10바 내지 500바 바람직하게는 100바 내지 350바의 압력하에서 성형기구를 사용하여 프레스 함을 특징으로 하는, 제1내지 3항중 하나 또는 여러 항에 따른 난연, 내열성 성형품을 제조하는 방법;
    상기 식에서, n, A 및 R은 제1항에서의 의미와 동일하다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 다층 부직포 및/또는 다층 니이들 펠트를 바람직하게는 열-처리 상태에서 가공하기 쉬운 시이트-형태 구조로 사용할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가공하기 쉬운 시이트-형태구조를 프레싱에 앞서 예비 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
