Claims (6)
- 결정성 폴리프로필렌 100중량부, 밀도가 0.94이상인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0.5 내지 30중량부, 및 연화점 (환구법에 따른)이 160℃이상인 사이클로펜타디엔 석유 수지 5 내지 50중량부를 함유하는 조성물을 성형한 다음, 수득한 성형물을 연신시킴으로써 수득한, 진주 광택을 갖고 전광성 투과율이 40%이하인 연신 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리프로필렌의 용융유속(MFR-PP)이 0.1 내지 10g/10분 범위이고 MFR-PP에 대한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 용융속(MFR-PE)의 비율, 즉, MFR-PE/MFR-PP가 0.5 이하인 진주광택을 갖는 연신성형물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사이클로펜타디엔 석유수지가 사이클로펜타디엔 성분 50중량% 이상을 함유하는 석유수지를 수소화시킴으로써 수득된 연화점이 170내지 200℃이고 요오드 값이 20 이하인 수소화된 사이클로 펜타디엔 석유 수지인 진주광택을 갖는 연신 성형물.
- 결정성 폴리프로필렌 100중량부, 밀도가 0.94이상인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0.5 내지 30중량부, 및 연화점 (환구법에 따른 )이 160℃이상인 사이클로펜타디엔 석유 수지 5 내지 50중량부를 함유하는 조성물을 석유 수지의 연화점 온도 이상에서 용융-압출시킨 다음, 압출된 조성물을 냉각하여 미연신된 원료 섬유를 형성시킨 다음, 압출된 조성물을 냉각하여 미연산된 원료 섬유를 형성시킨 다음, 원료 섬유를 폴리프로필렌의 결정 융점 미만이며 석유 수지의 연화점 이하인 온도에서 한 방향 이상으로 200%이상 연신시키는 단계를 특징으로 하여 진주광택을 갖는 연신성형물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리프로필렌의 용융유속(MFR-PP)이 0.1 내지 10g/10분 범위이고 MFR-PP에 대한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 용융속(MFR-PE)의 비율, 즉, MFR-PE/MFR-PP가 0.5 이하인 진주광택을 갖는 연신성형물의 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 사이클로펜타디엔 석유수지가 사이클로펜타디엔 성분 50중량% 이상을 함유하는 석유수지를 수소화시킴으로써 수득된 연화점이 170내지 200℃이고 요오드 값이 20 이하인 수소화된 사이클로펜타디엔 석유수지인 진주광택을 갖는 연신 성형물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
