Claims (9)
- 주성분으로서 (Ar S) (이때 Ar은 아릴렌기임) 반복 단위체를 갖고, 또 310℃ 온도 및 200/초 전단속도에서 용융점도 1,000 내지 15,000 포아즈를 나타내는 완전 성형 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르를 경화시켜서, 310℃ 및 200/초의 전단속도에서 5,000 내지 16,000 포아즈 범위내로 되고 또한 그 비뉴우튼 계수 n이 1.5 내지 2.1 범위내로 되게 만들어서, 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 수지를 제조하고;이 제조된 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 수지를 용융압출시키며;이 압출시킨 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 수지를 R1(용융압출 생성물의 노즐에서의 압출속도에 대한 벗김속도의 비율)이 10 내지 1,000 범위내에서 벗겨내고, 또 이 벗김 처리한 물질을 생성물의 결정화도(밀도법에 의해 측정)가 20중량% 이상이 될 때까지 결정화시키는 단계로 구성된 방법으로 제조된 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화단계가 완전성형 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르를 산소를 함유하는 대기중에서 고온으로 가열시키고 또 그 점도를 증가시켜서 행해지는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정화 단계가 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 성형품을 제2 전이온도 보다는 높고 융점 보다는 낮은 온도에서 변형이 제한된 상태로 가열시켜 행해지는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정화 단계가 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 성형품을 유기용매로 처리하거나 또는 이를 유기 용매 처리와 열처리의 조합으로 처리하여 행해지는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성물의 연신율이 100% 이상이 되는 성형품.
- 주성분으로서 (Ar S) (이때 Ar은 아릴렌기임) 반복 단위체를 갖고, 또 310℃ 온도 및 200/초 전단속도에서 용융점도 1,000 내지 15,000 포아즈를 나타내는 완전 성형 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 경화시켜서, 310℃ 및 200/초의 전단속도에서 그 용융점도가 5,000 내지 16,000 포아즈 범위내로 되고, 또한 그 비 뉴우튼 계수 n이 1.5 내지 2.1 범위내로 되게 만들어서 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 수지를 제조하고;이 제조된 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 수지를 용융 압출하며, 또 이 PATE 수지로서 전도성 코아 선을 피복하며;이 전도성 코아선을 피복한 압출 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 수지를 R1(용융 압출 생성물의 노즐에서의 압출속도에 대한 벗김 속도의 비율)이 10 내지 1,000 범위내에서 벗겨내고;또 이 벗김처리한 물질을 생성물의 결정화도(밀도법에 의해 측정)가 20 중량% 이상이 될 때까지 결정화시키는 단계로 구성된 방법으로 제조된 피복전선.
- 제6항에 있어서, 경화단계가 완전성형 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르를 산소를 함유하는 대기중에서 고온으로 가열시키고 또 그 점도를 증가시켜서 행해지는 피복전선.
- 제6항에 있어서, 결정화 단계가 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 성형품을 제2 전이온도 보다는 높고 융점 보다는 낮은 온도에서 변형이 제한된 상태로 가열시켜 행해지는 피복전선.
- 제6항에 있어서, 결정화 단계가 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르 성형품을 유기 용매로 처리하거나 또는 이를 유기 용매 처리와 열처리의 조합으로 처리하여 행해지는 피복전선.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
