Claims (8)
- 주로 신디오탁틱(syndiotactic) 구조 및 중량 평균 분자량이 적어도 50,000을 갖는 스티렌계 중합체가 단축 신장이 적어도 2배 또는 양축신장이 각 방향으로 적어도 1.2배로 하여 얻은 신장 스티렌계수지 성형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 및 흐림(hoze)이 30% 이하인 투명도를 갖는 신장 스티렌계수지 성형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 25℃에서 전압 분류와 같은 전기적 절연체 성질이 적어도 30Kv/mm을 갖는 신장 스티렌계 수지 성형.
- 주로 신디오탁틱 구조 및 중량 평균 분자량이 적어도 50,000을 갖는 스티렌계 수지가 단축 신장이 적어도 2배 또는 양축 신장이 각 방향으로 적어도 1.2배로 하여 구성된 신장 스티렌계 수지 형성의 제조법.
- 주로 신디오탁틱 구조 및 중량 평균 분자량이 적어도 50,000을 갖는 스티렌계 수지를 가열 융해하고 그리고 융해된 수지를 냉각해서 이때, 냉각된 수지를 뽑아낸 비율이 적어도 2배로 단축 신장하고 또한, 각 방향으로 뽑아낸 비율이 적어도 1.2배로 양축 신장을 하여 구성된 신장 스티렌계 수지 성형의 제조법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 냉각 속도가 2000℃/Sec에서 3℃/sec로 한 신장 스트렌계 수지 성형의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 변이 온도보다 높은 10℃온도에서 용융점보다 낮은 5℃온도로 설담금한 신장 스티렌계 수지 성형.
- 제7항에 있어서, 설담금한 온도는 120℃~250℃로 한 신장 스티렌계 수지 성형.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
