Claims (22)
- 주로 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖고, 온도 300℃, 전단속도 10/초의 조건으로 측정한 용융점도가 103-106포아즈이며, 결정화도가 15%이상인 스티렌계 중합체로된 압출성형용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정화도가 20%이상인 압출성형용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정화도가 30%이상인 압출성형용 재료.
- 제1항의 스티렌계 중합체와, 열가소성수지, 고무, 무기충전제, 산화방지제, 핵제, 가소제, 상용화제, 착색제 및 대전방지제 가운데 1종 이상으로 된 압출성형용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주로 신디오탁틱 구조를 갖고, 온도 300℃, 전단속도 10/초의 조건으로 측정한 용융점도가 103-106포아즈인 스티렌계 중합체를 용융압출한 다음, 공냉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체가, 중합체의 녹는점∼녹는점보다 100℃높은온도 사이에서 용융압출되는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1항의 스티렌계 중합체와, 열가소성수지, 고무, 무기충전제, 산화방지제, 핵제, 가소제, 상요화제, 착색제 및 대전방지제 가운데 1종 이상으로된 조성물을 용융압출한 다음, 공냉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 조성물이, 스티렌계 중합체의 녹는점∼녹는점보다 100℃높은 온도사이에서 용융압출되는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주로 신디오닥틱 구조를 갖고, 온도 300℃, 전단속도 10/초의 조건으로 측정한 용융점도가 103-106포아즈인 스티렌계 중합체를 용융압출하고, 수냉시킨 다음 가열처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체와, 중합체의 녹는점∼녹는점보다 100℃높은 온도사이에서 용융압출되는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 압출된 중합체를 유리 전이온도∼중합체의 유리 전이온도∼중합체의 녹는점보다 10℃ 낮은 온도사이에서 가열처리되는 압출 성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1항의 스티렌계 중합체와, 열가소성수지, 고무, 무기충전제, 산화방지제, 핵제, 가소제, 상요화제, 착색제 및 대전방지제 가운데 1종 이상으로된 조성물을 용융압출하고 수냉시킨다음, 가열처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출성용형 재료의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 조성물이, 스티렌계 중합체의 녹는점∼녹는점보다 100℃높은 온도사이에서 용융압출되는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 압출된 조성물이, 유리전이온도∼중합체의 녹는점보다 10℃낮은 온도사이에서 가열처리되는 압출성형용 재료의 제조방법.
- 주로 신디오탁틱 구조의 스티렌계 중합체를, 전단응력 5×106dyne/㎠이하에서 용융압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 전단응력이 5×103-3×106dyne/㎠인 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 스티렌계 중합체와, 열가소성수지, 고무, 무기충전제, 산화방지제, 핵제, 가소제, 사용화제, 착색제 및 대전방지제 가운데 1종 이상으로 된 조성물을, 전단응력 5×106dyne/㎠이하에서 용융압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 전단응력이 5×103-3×106dyne/㎠인 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 재료를 전단응력이 5×106dyne/㎠인 이하에서 용융압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 전단응력이 5×103-3×106dyne/㎠인 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제4항의 재료를 전단응력 5×106dyne/㎠ 이하에서 용융압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조방법.
