Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a shape memory resin molded product by a method wherein memory resin material, which contains polymer with specified structure, is formed and, after that, deformed in specified temperature range and finally cooled down. CONSTITUTION:At least two blocks A consisting of monopolymer or copolymer, the glass transition temperature or crystalline melting point Ta of which is 50 deg.C or higher and the weight average molecular weight of which is 1,000-100,000, and at least one block B consisting of monopolymer or copolymer, the crystalline melting point Tb of, which is 25 deg.C or higher under the relationship between Ta and Tb of Ta>Tb and the weight average molecular weight of which is 5,000-1,000,000, are incorporated in the chain of a polymer. Heat-sensitive shape memory resin containing 30wt.% of the polymer consisting of block copolymer or graft copolymer, the whole weight average molecular weight of which is 10,000-1,200,000, the weight compositional ratio of blocks A and B in which lies within the range of A/(A+B)=0.05-0.8, is formed at a temperature exceeding Ta and, after that, deformed at a temperature below Ta and finally cooled down to a temperature below Tb under the state that the deformation is kept.
