Claims (6)
- 중합체 막이 주로 반결정성 폴리올레핀으로 구성되고 폴리올레핀의 결정성 용융점 아래의 온도에서 연신되며 막내에 염료가 상기 온도에서 액체 상태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체의 유리 전이온도 위의 온도에서 이색 염료를 함유하는 중합체 막을 연신시킴에 의해 편광막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 선형 폴리에펜과 등압 폴리프로펜으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 막이 폴리올레핀의 결정성 용융점 아래에 많아야 70℃인 온도에서 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 15의 이색비를 가지고 염료를 함유하며 비극성 염료는 배제된 액체 결정성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광 반결정성 폴리올레핀막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이색비가 적어도 20인것을 특징으로 하는 편광막.
- 실시예에 의해 실질적으로 기술되고/또는 명시되는 바와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 및 편광막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
