Claims (27)

  1. (A)분자당 평균 1개 이상의 1-옥시-3-아자-아자테트랄린기를 함유하는 적어도 1개이상의 화합물과, (B) 적어도 2개 이상의 에폭시드기(이 에폭시드기 중 적어도 1개 이상이 시클로지방족 고리의 일 부분이 됨)을 함유하는 적어도 1개 이상의 시클로지방족 에폭시드[(B)대 (A)의 몰비는 약 0.2 내지 약 2임]로 부터 제조한 중합체 수지로 되는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 상기 고리에 직접 부착된 적어도 1개 이상의 에폭시드기를 갖는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1-옥사-3-아자-테트랄린기가 질소 원자에 방향족 치환체를 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 성분(A)가 적어도 1개 이상의 아민, 적어도 1개 이상의 페놀과 포름알데히드의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 페놀이 페놀, m- 및 p-크레졸, m- 및 p-에틸-페놀, m-및 p-이소프로필-페놀, m- 및 p-메톡시-페놀, m- 및 p-에톡시-페놀, m- 및 p-이소프로필옥시-페놀, m-및 p-클로로페놀 및 p-나프톨로 되는 군중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 페놀이 4,4′-디히드록시-디페닐메탄, 3,3′-디히드록시-디페닐메탄, 2,2-비스-(4-히드록시-페닐)-프로판, 4,4′-디히드록시-스틸벤, 히드로퀴논, 프로카테킨 및 레조르신으로 되는 군중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 아닐린, O-, m- 및 p-페닐렌디아민, 벤지딘, 4,4′-디아미노디페닐메탄 및 2,2-비스-(아미노페닐)프로판으로 되는 군중에서 선택된 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 노볼라크 수지인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 당량이 약70-약250인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 당량이 약120-약200인 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 2-(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥실-5,5-스피로(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥산-m-디옥산, 1내지 4회 메틸화된 2-(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥실-5,5-스프로(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥산-m-디옥산, 4-(1,2-에폭시에틸)-1,2-에폭시시클로헥산, 1,2,8,9-디에폭시-p-메탄, 2,2-비스(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)프로판, 비스-(2,3-에폭시시클로펜틸)에테르, 1,2,5,6-디에폭시-4,7-헥사히드로-메타노인단, 비스-(3,4-에폭시-시클로헥실메틸)아디페이트, 비스-(3,4-에폭시-6-메틸시클로헥실메틸)아디페이트, 비스-(3,4-에폭시-시클로헥실메틸)테레프탈레이트, 비스-(3,4-에폭시-6-메틸-시클로헥실메틸)-테레프탈레이트, 3,4-에폭시-시클로헥산 카르복실산-(3,4-에폭시-시클로헥실메틸)에스테르, 3,4-에폭시-6-메틸시클로헥산 카르복실산-(3,4-에폭시-6-시클로헥실메틸)에스테르, 1,2-비스-(5(1,2-에폭시)-4,7-헥사히드로메타노인단옥시)-에탄, 1,1,1-트리스((5-(1,2-에폭시)-4, 7-헥사히드로메티노인단옥시)-메틸_-프로판 및 4,5-에폭시헥사히드로프랄산-비스-(3,4-에폭시-시클로헥실메틸)에스테르로되는 군중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 2-(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥실-5,5-스프로(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥산-m-디옥산, 1 내지 4회 메틸화된 2-(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥실-5,5-스피로(3,4-에폭시)시클로헥산-m-디옥산, 비스(3,4-에폭시-시클로헥실메틸)아디페이트, 비스(3,4-에폭시-6-메틸시클로헥실메틸)아디페이트, 3,4-에폭시-시클로헥산-카르복실산-(3,4-에폭시-6-메틸시클로헥실메틸)에스테르로 되는 군중에서 선택된 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 조성물.

  15. 상기식중, X는 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실기, 또는 모노-또는 디-메틸치환 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실기이고,Y는 일반식
  16. (여기에서, n은 0 내지 2의 수임)으로 나타내는 기, 또는 구조식
  17. 으로 나타내는 기, 또는 일반식
  18. -COO-CH2-X 또는 -CH2-Z-CH2-X
  19. (여기에서, X는 상기 정의한 바와 같고, Z는 지방족, 시클로지방족 또는 방향족 카르복실산기로부터 유도됨)으로 나타내는 기이다.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, (B)대(A)의몰비가 약 0.8 내지 1.5 약 1.5인 조성물.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)를 약 50° 내지 약 3000℃의 온도에서 반응시킨 조성물.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)를 약 100° 내지 약 250℃의 온도에서 반응시킨 조성물.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)를 약 140° 내지 약 230℃의 온도에서 반응시킨 조성물.
  24. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)를 반응을 촉진시키기 위해서 유효량의 촉매 존재하에 반응시킨 조성물.
