ここで、熱分解有機層は、実質的に同じ電気伝導性を示すのに必要とされる銅メッシュの量よりも約10%〜約95%より少ない重量で、メートルあたり約5〜30×105ジーメンスの電気伝導性を示す。
特定量の記載された成分と炭素繊維と共に導電性プリプレグを製造する際に使用するマトリックス樹脂を以下の表に記載する。
Claims (21)
- マトリックス樹脂、
繊維および
1種以上の25〜40マイクロメートルの厚さを有する熱分解有機層を含み、
前記熱分解有機層の表面の少なくとも一部に導電性金属が配されている、導電性プリプレグ。 - 導電性金属が、銅、銀またはニッケルである、請求項1に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 有機層が、ポリイミドである、請求項1又は2に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 導電性金属が、2〜4マイクロメートルの厚さで熱分解有機層上に配されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- マトリックス樹脂が、1種以上のエポキシ、エピスルフィド、オキセタン、チオキセタン、マレイミド、ナジイミド、イタコンイミド、オキサジン、シアン酸エステル、およびビスオキサゾリンを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- マトリックス樹脂が、さらに、導電性材料から構成されるナノ構造を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- ナノ構造が、1種以上のナノチューブ、ナノキューブ、ナノワイヤ、ナノピラミッド、ナノプレートレット、ナノ粒子および多重双晶粒子の形状である、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- マトリックス樹脂が、マトリックス樹脂の全重量を基準として0.5〜20重量%のナノ構造を含む、請求項6又は7に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- ナノ構造が、カーボンナノチューブを含む、請求項8に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- マトリックス樹脂が、マトリックス樹脂の全重量を基準として0.5〜20重量%のカーボンナノチューブを含む、請求項8又は9に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 繊維が、炭素、ガラス、アラミド、ホウ素、ポリアルキレン、石英、ポリベンズイミダゾール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリp−フェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール、炭化ケイ素、フェノールホルムアルデヒド、フタレート、およびナフテノエートからなる群から選択される1つである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- ガラスが、Sガラス、S2ガラス、Eガラス、Rガラス、Aガラス、ARガラス、Cガラス、Dガラス、ECRガラス、ガラスフィラメント、ステープルガラス、Tガラス、および酸化ジルコニウムガラスからなる群から選択される1つである、請求項11に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 炭素繊維が、ピッチ、ポリアクリロニトリルまたはレーヨンから製造される、請求項11に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 炭素繊維が、ベンゾオキサジン含有サイズ剤によりサイズ処理されている、請求項11又は13に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- メートルあたり5×10 5 〜30×105ジーメンスのx方向の電気伝導性を示す、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- メートルあたり5×10 5 〜30×105ジーメンスのy方向の電気伝導性を示す、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグの硬化生成物である、硬化した導電性プリプレグ。
- 少なくとも1種の請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグおよび非導電性プリプレグを含有する積層体。
- 非導電性プリプレグが、ベンゾオキサジン樹脂を含むマトリックス樹脂から製造される、請求項18に記載の積層体。
- 少なくとも2種の請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の導電性プリプレグを含有する積層体。
- 一方向、織布または準等方性の構造である請求項18〜20のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
