Claims (10)
- 3가 페놀의 적어도 하나의 트리글리시딜에테르(A)를 평균 3 이하의 하이드록실 작용가를 갖는 적어도 하나의 다가 페놀(B)와 반응시키며, 여기에서 상기 성분(A) 및 (B)는 비소결정의 개선된 에폭시 수지가 형성될 정도의 양으로 사용하여 제조된 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 페놀릭 하이드록실기 대 에폭시기의 비가 0.01:1 내지 0.5:1인 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 페놀릭 하이드록실기 대 에폭시기의 비가 0.03:1 내지 0.3:1인 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 페놀릭 하이드록실기 대 에폭시기의 비가 0.05:1 내지 0.2:1인 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (i) 성분 (A)는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타낸 에폭시 수지이고, (ⅱ) 성분 (B)는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)로 나타낸 다가 페놀인 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.상기식에서,Q는 1 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 1가 하이드로 카빌기이고,R은 각기 독립적으로 수소 또는 1 내지 3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 하이드로 카빌기이며,R'는 각기 수소 또는 1 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로 카빌기이고,X는 각기 독립적으로 수소, 1 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 1가 하이드로 카빌기 또는 할로겐이며,A는 각기 독립적으로 약 1 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 2가 하이드로 카빌기, -0-, -S-, -S-S,-이고,n은 0 또는 1이고,n'는 1 내지 5이며,n"는 1 내지 3이다.
- 제 1 항 내지 5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분 (A) 및 (B)가 50℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 반응하는 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분 (A) 및 (B)가 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드의 존재하에서 반응하는 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분 (A) 및 (B)가 유기용매 또는 희석제의 존재하에서 반응하는 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지.
- 제 1 항의 개선된 고형, 비소결성 에폭시 수지 및 경화량의 적어도 하나의 경화제를 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 9 항의 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 제조된 경화 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
