Claims (7)
- 에테르화 촉매의 존재시에 100-235℃의 온도에서 하기(a)를 (b)와 반응시킴으로써 분자당 평균 1.5-2.5의 에폭시기와 1개 이상의 1차 히드록실기를 갖는 변형된 에폭시수지의 제조방법 : (a) 분자당 1.5 이상-2 이하의 에폭시기와 1-7eq,kg-1의 에폭시기 농도(EGC)를 갖는 에폭시 수지. (b) 5-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 3가 1차 알코올(단, 반응제(a)의 에폭시 당량 대 반응제(b)의 히드록실 당량의 비율(R)은 (1.2-0.11 EGC)-(1.3+0.12 EGC)의 범위내에서 선택된다).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분자당 1.5-2 에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시 수지가 이가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 트리올이 트리메틸올프로판인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에폭시기 전환이 35-80% 범위내에서 유지되며, 1차 히드록실기 전환이 65-85% 범위내에서 유지되는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응온도가 140-185℃인 방법.
- 에폭시 수지가 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 청구된 방법에 따라 만들어진 변형 에폭시 수지인 에폭시 수지 표면 코우팅 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 경화제를 함유하는 표면 코우팅 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
