Claims (9)
- 용융점이 70-130℃범위내에 있는 novalac-형태의 페놀성 수지 또는 180℃에서 겔 타임이 45-180초인 resol-형태의 페놀성 수지30-70℃및 100-1200의 에폭시 당량을 갖는 다수의-에폭시 그룹을 함유하고 있는 화합물의 70-30%로 구성되어진 피복조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 605-645의 에폭시당량 59-65℃의 연화점을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 비스-페놀A 및 에피클로르하이드린에 기초한 조성물.
- 제1항부터 제3항까지의 어느한 항에 있어서, novalac-형태의 수지 및 용융점이 80-100℃인 수지로 구성된 조성물.
- 제1항부터 제3항까지의 어느한 항에 있어서, resol-형태의 수지 및 겔 타임이 180℃에서 60-120초인 수지로 구성된 조성물.
- 제1항부터 제5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페놀성 수지와 에폭사이드의 반응을 위한 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서부터 제6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 필름을 제품의 표면에 용착시키고 피복물을 경화하도록 방치하고 경화된 피복물을 코로나방사를 받게한 후 경화된 피복물을 플래쉬 금속화 하는 것을 포함하는, 제품의 금속화된 피복물을 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 에폭시수지 및 페놀성 수지의 건조 혼합물 포함하는, 제1항부터 제6항 까지의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항부터 제6항까지의 어느 한 항에 따르는 피복의 층(layer)과 금속의 층으로 피복된 표면으로구성되어진 빛 반사제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
