Claims (11)

  1. 열가소성 수지로서 접착성 올레핀 중합체 분자 주쇄를 따라 무수물 그룹 또는 숙신산을 갖는 접착성 올레핀 중합체를 포함하는 특정한 올레핀 중합체 수지 피복 조성물을 가열된 파이프에 적용함을 특징으로 하여, 열가소성 수지를 파이프의 외부에 적용하여 피복물을 형성시킴으로써 파이프를 필드 피복(field coating)하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피복 조성물을 현존의 파이프 피복물에 인접한 면에 적용하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 현존의 파이프 피복물이 열가소성 올레핀 중합체 수지의 층을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복 조성물을 용접 이음면에 적용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복 조성물을 적어도 부분적으로 가열 가스류와 동시에 적용하는 방범.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 피복 조성물을 유동화 유체로서 적용하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특정한 피복 조성물을 파이프 표면에 직접 적용하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프라이머층을 파이프의 표면에 직접 적용하고 특정한 피복 조성물을 프라이머 층위에 적용하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 프라이머 층이 에폭시 프라이머이며, 특정한 피복 조성물을 에폭시 프라이머가 완전하게 경화되기 전에 적용하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 필드 파이프 피복물(field pipe coating).
  11. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 피복된 파이프.
