제3도는 피복물층과 떨어진 표면에 부가적으로 외각 피복물층을 갖는 피복된 필름의 정면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 광물층의 층중량 10%이상 90%이하, 가교결합제로부터 유도된 수지층 중량 10%이상 90% 이하로 구성된, 광물층 및 가교결합제로 이루어진 조성물로부터 만든 피복층을 최소한 한쪽 표면에 갖는 중합체물질의 기판층으로 이루어진 중합체 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피복물층이 광물층의 층중량 20% 이상 80%이하, 가교결합제로부터 유도된 수지층 중량20%이상 80% 이하로 이루어진 중합체 필름.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 피복물층이 1- 올레핀과 비닐단량체의 코폴리머를 부가적으로 함유하는 중합체 필름.
  4. 전기한 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교결합제가 2000이하의 분자량을 갖는 중합체 필름.
  5. 전기한 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물층이 필름 형성용, 2 : 1필로실리케이트의 플레이트렛(platelet)으로 이루어진 중합체 필름.
  6. 청구범위 제5항에 있어서 2 : 1필로실리케이트가 질석을 함유하는 중합체 필름.
  7. 전기한 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 중합체 수지를 함유하는 초벌층이 기판 및 피복물층사이에 존재하는 중합체 필름.
  8. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서 초벌층이 산성인 중합체 필름.
  9. 청구범위 제7항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초벌층이 아클리아미드 및/또는 이의 유도체 및/또는 메타크릴아미드 및/또는 이의 유도체 그리고 이들과 함께 공중합화할 수 있는 최소한 한개의 기타 에틸렌으로 불포화된 코모노머로 이루어진 중합체 필름.
  10. 중합체 물질의 기판층을 만들고, 이들의 최소 한쪽 표면을 광물층의 층 중량10% 이상 90% 이하, 가교결합제로부터 유도된 수지층의 층중량 10% 이상 90% 이하로 구성된, 광물층 및 가교결합제로 이루어진 조성물로부터 만든 피복층으로 도포한 중합체 필름을 생산하는 방법.
