Claims (10)
- (1)(a) 액상의 왁스 에멀젼 또는 분산액(b) 소량의 탈크 또는 실리카로 이루어진 최소한 필름의 한 면에 존재하는 비교적 엷은 표면 피복제, 및 (2) 폴리프로필렌 호머폴리머, 미피복된 면상에 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체와 상호 압출된 폴리프로필렌 또는 단일이나 다층형태의 다른 적절한 폴리올레핀 중에서 선택된 비교적 두꺼운 열가소성 수지 베이스층으로 구성된 폴리프로필렌 필름으로 이루어진 슬립-피복 배향필름.
- 제1항에서, 피복제가 액상의 폴리머 에멀젼이나 용액인 필름.
- 제2항에서, 액상의 폴리머 에멀젼 또는 용액의 유리전이온도가 30-100℃인 필름.
- 제1항에서, 베이스층이 2축배향된 필름.
- 제4항에서, 슬립 피복제를 길이방향 배향과 가로방향 배향 사이에 적용한 필름.
- 제5항에서, 피복된 필름을 다른 필름에 적층시키거나 다른 필름에 의해 지지되는 필름.
- 제6항에서, 다른 필름이 유리종이인 필름.
- 제1항에서, 탈크 또는 실리카의 양이 왁스 에멀젼이나 분산액 전체 무게의 0-1 무게 %인 필름.
- 제1항에서, 필름의 COF가 0.15-0.3이며 그리스베이스층이고 이소텍틱 폴리프로필렌 호모폴리머로서 그의 230℃에서이 멜트인덱스가 0.1-25, 결정성 융점이 160℃, 밀도가 0.90-0.91 및 수평균 분자량이 25,000-100,000 범위인 필름.
- 제1항에서, 슬립 피복제가 카르나우바 왁스, 파라핀 왁스, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 마이크로스탈린 왁스 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 액상의 왁스 에멀젼인 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
