Claims (12)

  1. 화학학적으로 중간 박리된 흑운모의 층판 및 에틸렌과 비닐 단량체와 공중합체로 구성된 피복을 갖는 종합물질 기판을 구성하는 내화성 및 내열성 조성물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 비닐 단량체의 공중합체 기판에 제1피복으로 구성된 조성물질.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비닐 단량체가 비닐 아세테이트인 조성물질.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서 피복할 때 공중합체의 양은 피복의 중량당 2 내지 30%인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합성 물질 기판이 시트 또는 필름인 조성물질.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 피복이 약 20micron의 두께를 갖는 조성물질.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물질의 외장층으로 구성된 층판.
  8. 화학적으로 중간 박리된 흑운모의 층판 및 에틸렌과 비닐 단량체의 공중합체로 구성된 피복 조성물을 중합물질 기판에 도포시키고 생성된 피복을 건조시키는 것을 구성하는 조성물질을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 또는 제9항에 있어서, 비닐 단량체가 비닐 아세테이트인 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서 단량체가 비닐 아세테이트인 방법.
  11. 제8,9 또는 제10항에 있어서, 피복을 건조시킨 후에 조성물질이 피복을 경화시키기 위해 200℃ 이상의 온도에서 가열되는 방법.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 흑운모 층판의 중량당 5% 내지 25%로 구성된 수용성 조성물인 방법.
