Claims (10)

  1. 평균적으로 분자당 2개 이하의 에폭시기를 함유하는, 이가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르와 하기 일반식(A)의 알코올올, 당량 비율(여기서eOH는 일반식(A)의 알코올에 의해 도입된 총 수산 당량수이고 e에폭시는 디글리시딜 에테르에 의해 도입된 총 에폭시 당량수이다)가 1보다 큰 것을 사용하고 P의 값을 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 도움으로 계산한 바 1.05보다 큰 값을 선택하여, 에테르화촉매의 존재하에서, 얻어진 반응 생성물이 실질적으로 에폭시기를 갖지 않을 때까지 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 폴리에테르 수지의 제조방법 :
    상기식에서 R은 5개 보다 적은 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기를 나타낸다.
    상기식에서eOH와e에폭시는 앞에서 정의된 바와 같고, F에폭시는
    로 정의되고, “a”와 “b”는 각각 출발 디글리시딜 에테르내의 에폭시기의 농도와 총말단기의 농도이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식(A)의 R이 메틸 또는 에틸 기인 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 일반식(A)의 알코올이 1,1,1-트리(하이드록시메틸)프로판인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 여느 한 항에 있어서, 이가 페놀이 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시 페닐)프로판인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 여느 한 항에 있어서, 디글리시틸 에테르내의 에폭시기에 대한 일반식(A)내의 수산기 당량 비율이 5이하로 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 여느 한 항에 있어서, P의 값이 3.0이하로 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 여느 한 항에 있어서, 100℃내지 250℃ 범위 내의 온도에서 실시되는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 내지 제 7 항중 여느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 제조된 폴리에테르 수지.
  9. 제 8 항에 따르는 폴리에테르 수지와 가교수지로 구성되는 경화성 피복조성물.
  10. 제 9 항에 따르는 경화성 피복 조성물을 표면에 적용하여, 열 작용으로 조성물을 경화시키는 것으로 구성되는 표면 피복방법.
