Claims (10)
- (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)에 의한 유닛을 약 2 내지 약 90중량%를 포함하고, (b) 경우에 따라 유효량의 인성화제를 포함하는 수지 조성물:상기식중, R0은 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유 화합물의 중합에 대략 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택되고 R1은 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유 화합물의 중합에 대락 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R0가 H, 할로겐, C1-6의 알킬기, 페닐, 니트로, 아세틸 및 트리메틸실릴로 이루어지는 군에서 각각 선택되고, R1이 수소, 페닐, 할로겐, 및 C1-6의 알킬기로 이루어지는 군에서 각각 선택되는 수지 조성물.
- (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)에 의한 플루오렌 디-에폭시드 조성물을 약 5 내지 97중량% 포함하고, (b) 유효량의 인성화제를 포함하고, (c) 유효량의 경화제를 포함하는 전구체 조성물로부터 형성된 경화수지를 포함하는 결합필름 :상기식중, R0및 R1은 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유 화합물의 중합에 대락 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택되고, R2는 에폭시기를 통해 반응하여 에폭시 수지를 형성할 수 있는 에폭시 작용성 알킬기이다.
- 하기 성분들을 포함하는 수지 조성물 : (a) 폴리에폭시수지, (b) 약 0.05 내지 0.9 히드록시 당량의 9,9-비스(히드록시페닐)플루오렌 조성물, (c) 경우에 따라서, 에폭시 경화제, 및 (d) 경우에 따라서, 적어도 하나의 인성화제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 인성화제가 아크릴핵/쉘 중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔/메타크릴레이트핵/쉘중합체, 폴리에테르 중합체, 카르복실화 아클릴로니트릴/부타디엔, 카르복실화 부타디엔, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 수지조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 9,9-비스(히드록시페닐)플루오렌 조성물이 적어도 하나의 하기일반식(Ⅰ)화합물을 포함하는 수지조성물 :상기식중, R0은 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유 화합물의 중합에 대락 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택되고, R1는 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유화합물의 중합에 대략 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택된다.
- 제1항의 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 개량된 경화수지의 제조방법.
- 제1기판과 제2기판간에 배열된 제1항의 수지조성물의 경화필름을 포함하는 접착제 결합필름/기판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지조성물이 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물을 포함하는 접착제 결합 필름/기판.상기식중, R0는 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유 화합물의 중합에 대락 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택되고, R1은 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유화합물의 중합에 대략 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택된다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지조성물이 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물을 포함하는 접착제 결합 필름/기판.상기식중, R0및 R1은 각각 수소 및 에폭시드기 함유화합물의 중합에 대락 불활성인 다른기로부터 선택되고, R2는 에폭시기를 통해 반응하여 에폭시수지를 형성할 수 있는 에폭시 작용성 알킬기이다.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
