Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 에폭시 수지:
    상기식에서, R1, R2,R3은 서로 독립해서 하기 구조식으로 표시되는 2가 기이고,
    A는 알킬렌, 시클로알킬렌, 할로겐, 시콜로알킬 또는 아릴에 의해 치환된 알킬렌,
    X1내지 X42는 서로 독립해서 수소, 알킬기 또는 할로겐이며, m및 n은 각각 1이상의 정수이고, 또
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)중의 m/(m+n)이 0.10내지 0.80인 에폭시 수지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)중의 m/(m+n)이 0.15내지 0.60인 에폭시 수지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)중의 R1,R2및 R3으로 표시되는 에폭시 수지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)중의 R1,R2및 R3으로 표시되는 에폭시 수지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)중의 R1,R2및 R3은 이들 모두가 동시에 동일한 것은 아니라는 조건에서 각각 독립적으로
    으로 표시되는 에폭시 수지.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가수 분해성 염소 함량이 0.15%이하인 에폭시 수지.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 어느 하나에 정의된 에폭시 수지, 경화제 및 경우에 따라 경화 촉진제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 정의된 에폭시 수지 조성물의 경화 제품.
  10. 제8항에 정의된 바와 같은 에폭시 수지 조성물을 포함하는, 적층 보오드에서 사용하기 위한 에폭시 수지 조성물.
